This is going to read strangely because I’m keeping it simple for google translate or something. We all know how glitchy it gets. (Just saying so I don’t look like I’m being mean) —————— Hi. Not a developer. Sorry. I think this is the wrong forum for this, use the Support section next time. Here is some help and information. Most of the issues you stated have been fixed. Can you check that your game is up to date? Developers have fixed the bouncy wheels last update. 1.4.3 I don’t know what “new payload container picks up...” means. Does it break apart when you undock? Do the doors go away? Large ships breaking apart can be caused by several things. Docking ports getting pushed are also caused by this. The first possible issue is poor design. Check that all parts are attached well. The other possible issue is “autostrut”. You can try turning this off. The issue can also be caused by lag. Large ships that have a large amount of parts slow down your computer and this can cause ships to break. Using timewarp can cause this also. If you need or want more help you can send me a message on forums and you can post in the international forum section to get help in your own language.

First Person Interior
Mark Kerbin replied to IceBear730's topic in KSP1 Suggestions & Development Discussion
Cool but would probs end up needing several updates and an entire dev team devoted to it and the game engine problems would be well problems... At that point you may as well just start work on ksp 2 cool idea tho. Would enjoy -
Ideas for Official KSP App
Mark Kerbin replied to Jeanjvs's topic in KSP1 Suggestions & Development Discussion
Features I needs; =P (Insert “incoming stream of consciousness” disclaimer here) -Dv requirement calculator - Various maps of objects -“Stupid” ksp or space fact of the day -some sort of mission planner? -this forum -craft file reader that can calculate dv and stuff a la KER. Just like download a file from google drive or something... I’m not an app dev - maybe incorporate or have a separate app for kerbalx so you can browse and subscribe to craft files. Just cos the mobile site doesn’t work to great. -
Tethers? Anyone?
Mark Kerbin replied to Pistache's topic in KSP1 Suggestions & Development Discussion
Oh yeah it does... aren’t they more just a black line between objects tho? -
I think I know the general idea of what ksp is trying to get help for. Before I say, what exactly does this rocket look like and did it work before and what has changed since then? Not just ksp I’m talking OS and driver updates, just cos those had done weird things usually fixed by reinstalling. Probably not tho if it is just this on craft. Anyhow, I’m gonna take a wild guess and say that you may want to reinstall your mods and probably scrap that rocket. For whatever reason ksp or unity, (don’t know without full log, craft file, and reproduction steps, just put them on google drive and link) while attempting to “build” something, probably your rocket, it is missing information needed about the last loaded object to go on to the next loading object. This results in your game crashing on you because it can’t handle that exception. As for why, probably a config in the mod or a craft file is just not ok. Gonna need more info to see if I was even in the ballpark with that. Blury pictures aren’t gonna cut it, sorry.

In-ship movement?
Mark Kerbin replied to Duck McFuddle's topic in KSP1 Suggestions & Development Discussion
Would be cool but you would practically need an army of devs to get it to work with the complex stuff players come up with (probs said before on phone and threads work poorly also can’t change text size) -
Tethers? Anyone?
Mark Kerbin replied to Pistache's topic in KSP1 Suggestions & Development Discussion
Well tbh eva rcs packs aren’t a normal part of irl evas. To avoid being flamed in the internet; they are however used as a last resort, “oh crap I’m floating away from my ship,” self rescue device. And since tethers would probably be awesome in ksp I can’t completely say no but.... We already have op Eva packs and ksp does not like string like objects for whatever reason. Invites kraken attacks apparently. Not totally impossible tho as far as I know. -
Plus mod devs usually have copies of their mod sitting around somewhere, if that’s what your worried about.

Mark Kerbin replied to PBAiden1000's topic in KSP1 The Spacecraft Exchange
Very nice. Needs to be bigger tho. I would do it myself but apparently windows 10 has sabotaged itself again. -

This is taking MOAR POWRA to a whole new level. Surprised no one has built a gigantic dish using structural panels yet.... -
[1.4.3] Kerbal Academy Contract Pack [v1.2.x]
Mark Kerbin replied to Mark Kerbin's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
Quick Dev Update Spotty wifi is slowing down development. In other news I've decided that Bootcamp is getting split into the 3 different classes. This is to avoid certain issues found in development. (Yes I know nothing is changed on the github, the wifi here is too slow for uploading...)- 89 replies

I have a love hate relationship with EULAs On one hand, I like knowing what peeps are doing with my data On the other hand, I kinda liked not knowing... But then again ignorance is not exactly bliss. This factoring into my "Utopia Is Dystopia" theory(?). Probably not the first guy to think of that tho.

Standard mod tags
Mark Kerbin replied to Katten's topic in KSP1 Suggestions & Development Discussion
So would this be using the current tagging system or is there going to have to be a new one added in? -
Standard mod tags
Mark Kerbin replied to Katten's topic in KSP1 Suggestions & Development Discussion
Hmm yes. One thing tho. How would this get implemented, I mean it’s gonna get annoying for the moderators really fast if they need to make tags for every single mod dev. And what happens to the older threads? -
Laggy smoke
Mark Kerbin replied to Xd the great's topic in KSP1 Technical Support (PC, unmodded installs)

It’s kinda like an over view of x country’s history. In the US we do the 2 civil wars and various imperial/manifest destiny shenanigans. WW1-2 are a separate class.
