My Robotics tab is at the bottom, but it is empty. Should I remove the MagicSmokeIndustries folder from the GameData folder in the InfernalRobotics Folder, and put it in the KSP gamedata folder?

I have the robotics tab, but there is nothing in it. The only other mod I have installed is the Sequencer. It doesn't look like there are any errors in the log.

I just installed the mod, and only a select few parts showed up, none of which were the actual robot parts. It was just the landing legs, the science modules, and the docking ports.

Hello everybody! How y'all doing today? I'm doing okay I have seen that there are mods out there that allow you to weld multiple parts into one part, to make physics easier to run, and less laggy. My question is, is there a mod that allows you to select specific parts of a craft, say all the MK3 fuel tanks, and just weld them together. I don't want my solar panels becoming fuel tanks too.

Can someone please resurrect the Star Trek ships mod, and the LCARS mod? I really liked the idea, and I wanted to try it, until it I realized it was too old to work. Please, can some one bring it back so that we all can enjoy it? You should be able to see some of the features on youtube.

Is is possible to create a new mod that is similar to an old one, because the old one is not available and the author is not responding? Of course, it would not have the same textures and features, but just a similar idea. Just Wondering.

Just wondering, what is the policy for resurrecting a mod where the author is no longer online, and you cannot ask them for permission to re-upload their mod? I have some mods I would like to use again, but I realized that the author has been offline for a while, so I am almost certain that if I ask for permission they will not respond. Other people have tried to request permission, but they were never responded to either. In case you were wondering, I was talking about @StarVision and @philotical, and the mods in question are the Sci-Fi Shipyard Mod, and the LCARS mod. I thought it was a great idea, but when I tried to download it, I found out it was too old.

Hello there! I am new to creating mods, but I have already learned the basics of changing and adding functionality to parts. My question is How do you change the name of a module without changing the functionality of the module? Should I just create a new module, and if so, how? Also, is there a way to bundle multiple modules together so that they all fire with one action? And lastly, How do I make a module that generates a specific amount of a resources relative to another resource without actually using that second resource? Thanks a lot!

Hi there evryone! I was skimming through the mission ideas directory when i saw this idea. I had created an idea for what i wanted to do when I read the fact that I need to be able to use Mechjeb on my ship. I wanted to be known to be precise, so I wanted to use kOS to pilot my ship. I was just wondering, would I be allowed to do that? If not, I will figure something else out. Also, to move costs down, I wanted to create a global refueling service so that I do not have to pay for fuel. I was thinking about using USI's Planetary warehouse to store it all, have little drills dotted around the planet, a huge ISRU Factory, and a little refueling rover that drives up to the launchpad and fuels up the spaceship using the logistics center. Is that cheaty, or can I do that if I invest the funds into it? Your Nooby Player and friend, Dogemaster

I would like the ability to paint my spacecraft, or import a picture onto it because I want to make a freight ship that actually shows off my company colors. -
Kerbalkind has always been ambitious. But now let us take it to the next level. I propose a craft that can take off from the KSC, Orbit once around Kerbol with a maximum altitude of 1000 Kilometers, refuel, and then land by the KSC to be recovered. One of each type of crewmember is required. Also, you are required to land every piece of your ship(except for the booster stages). You can refuel on an asteroid or a planet. It doesn't matter. But here comes the kicker. You have to do it in maximum gravity and show that you are not using any other cheats.

I know that one, it is called enhanced iva. But there you can just fly right out of the ship, which is a little bit unrealistic.- 11 replies

So I was thinking... It would be cool if you could actualy walk around and interact with parts inside the spaceship, right? Well, Basicaly it would mean that, upon takeoff, they would be in their seats. Then you push a button to let them out and do science experiments. Or mybe just send them to bed after the exhausting journey... P.S. I am New to the Forums
