I know it doesn't look like I've been doing anything these past few months... *whispers* shush *whispers*
...however, now I'm back, and it's time to get back to work!
-
Yeah... no. I'd say this thread is officially dead.
But a successor is coming soon, after I finish adding modular fuel tanks and engines to Notantares Space Industries!

And what's the purpose of a manned atmospheric dip mission?
Probably to test whether the spacecraft can survive the extremely high pressures of Venus for a future manned landing mission.
-
lol, try to pick apart the configs from Tac or USI LS to see how they work. I'm fairly sure it works on a system kind-of like how electric charge is consumed.
-
@nascarlaser1 Do you still require help?
-
Ah, right... *facepalm*

The BDB Gemini is 1.5m.
Also, I have a duplicate of the BDB Gemini IVA in the Mk1-A folder, in "Spaces," with its own name, so I don't see what the problem is.
If BDB were a dependency, I would have listed it as such.
-
You don't get the IVA? I have a placeholder IVA added, from the BDB Gemini pod. It works for me, and it should be there for you.
To answer your first question, no, it's not a WIP. I might still be adding new things, but it works, and has all the features it needs to be released at version 0.1!

Nice concept, WRONG parts...
Maybe being a little more polite would help...

Since they're mostly cosmetic and have no colliders, I'd say not.

But there is a problem, I just checked the code and I seem to forget to add buoyancy to the airbag, I will add that feature soon.
Lol, thanks!

STATUS UPDATE:
You thought I was done? Oh, hell no, I'm not done!
We have ComfortableLanding compatibility now, ie: auto-deploying airbags and flotation devices!

I think @hraban means to ask: If your capsule is, say, 1.25m, and all your buoys/airbags are for 2.5m pods, is there a way to rescale the airbags/buoys to half the size?
-
Since it explicitly states in the OP that it currently only supports the FASA Apollo pod, and a few others, I'd say not.

What did I do? Well...
V 0.1 Released!
Just when you though there wouldn't be any more 2-man Gemini-alike pods...
-
-
STATUS UPDATE:
Of course, it was designed to be like a brother compared to the Porkjet Mk1 pod!
-
STATUS UPDATE:
Also, if you guys thought I wasn't working on anything...
A Porkalike, 1.25m, 2-crew, Gemini-alike command pod!
-
Is this still going?
-
The original inspiration is this, the Big Gemini (For Concept 1):
However, that rear port is a gendered probe system, so I probably wont include it.
It probably won't matter anyway, because all it'll be is an adapter and a docking port.
-
Also, the poll is still 9-9...
-
V 0.4 is out!
Including the prerelease Bigger Khleb crew pods, and the extra-grungy other parts!
Looking for good mods

If your computer is a potato, and you can't handle extremely heavy parts mods, you could take a look at Notantares Space Industries. It has multiple mini-packs, so you only have to download the parts you like. (Shameless plug)
