  1. You sure? I can resolve Neptune as a disk with my 4"(101mm) just fine with high magnifications. It's usually more noticable with a star next to it for comparison.
  2. I always like looking at the ice giants, little blue orbs moving slowly against a sea of stars. They are fun to watch! And when veiwed through large apetures moons become a bonus. For me they get a tad boring after a while though.
  3. No ring. NO RING. It would be cool, be it would get hard to lauch satellites, (lots of other issues would come up.) And the reletive brightness of the rings would make astronomy hard. Plus the areas that they cast shadows would likey be very cold.
  4. Why not do some of the Russian Oblasts/Krais/Republics?
  5. Huge discoveries like this make that other dwarf planets boring. I remember when Haumea was just a potato.
  6. Ok thanks . The only reason why I didn't try that is I didn't include that line, and it still worked on all of the planets worked on all the other planets I edited.
  7. I'm trying to edit Vall. When I gave it a new height map, it worked. But the second I tried to change the moon's HeightColorMap options, the moon doesn't load. It is simply not there. I'm not supplying logs, as it looks like there is something wrong with the config itself. @Kopernicus:AFTER[Kopernicus] { @Body[Vall] { @Properties { } @PQS { Mods { VertexHeightMap { map = NK/PluginData/Vall_height.png offset = 0 deformity = 7500 scaleDeformityByRadius = False order = 10 enabled = True index = 0 } HeightColorMap { blend = 1 order = 500 enabled = True name = _Color index = 0 LandClasses { Class { name = Ice color = 0.5882352941176471,0.5098039215686275,0.3803921568627451,1 altitudeStart = 0 altitudeEnd = 0.600000023841858 lerpToNext = True delete = False } Class { name = Snow color = 0.8862745098039216,0.8745098039215686,0.8509803921568627,1 altitudeStart = 0.600000023841858 altitudeEnd = 0.699999988079071 lerpToNext = True delete = False } Class { name = Snow color = 0.9372549019607843,0.9333333333333333,0.0.9294117647058824,1 altitudeStart = 0.699999988079071 altitudeEnd = 1 lerpToNext = False delete = False } } } } } } }
  8. Where I was I didn't get much traffic. That was surprising.
  9. Ok, I'm done. I rushed through it, so it looks a little bad.
  10. I've here about and longed for this mystical artifact, but I think I found a way to make it work...
  11. Here we go. Jupiter + Adrastea with rings. Fun fact, Adrastea is the smallest of Jupiter's inner moons.
  12. 3.3/10 I think I've seen you around...
  13. What about me? Have I been *GASP* FORGOTTEN ABOUt? Jk.
  14. Thanks! It looks clean now! If you noticed my Haumea and Pluto drawings, I upscaled them, but some of the pixels came out as slight rectangles So I usually hav to make it really big so it doesn't screw up.
