I recently remembered that the show, "The Ancient Magus' Bride" had some proper good music so I went and found it and holy hell it is ridiculously good, even better than I remember. It's all mystical and magical and goes really nicely with a sunrise on minmus.

I always face-palm at the story of this Russian engineer who was fitting the directional sensors in a rocket (a proton I think) and he couldn't get it in so he forced it in with a hammer. Turns out he didn't read the "this side up" sign on it and he put it in upside down (no wonder it didn't fit :P) and when the rocket launched it got confused and tried to do a 180 in mid air, ripping itself apart.

Who cares really? What matters is if you are a nice dude.
-
It's probably self explanatory.
-
Space Brothers? Hell yeah! It's probably one of the best shows I've watched.
-
That's queen Elizabeth you madman!

I love distant object enhancements. It's really cool to see a tiny dot in the distance and then realise that it's an old satellite from ages ago, or an old booster from an ancient rocket.

Uh, er, I mean girls who are obviously, um, under the legal age to drive. The same for boys. Please spare me.

I think the pizza was originally just a flat bread disk until Queen margarita came along and they put herbs, cheese and tomato on it to make it look like an Italian flag to impress her. Then I guess they realised it tasted pretty good.

Is Girls und Panzer worth a watch? As you can probably tell, I love tanks, but not so much when little girls are driving them. It doesn't turn into a borderline cartoons (huh, I guess the Japanese word for pervert is blocked) or anything, right? If it's nothing loli related then I could probably get into it.

Mmm I love me some anime. I can't stand echii or lolis though, and I find most moe to be pretty dumb. I could talk for days about anime but I'll restrain myself from writing an essay here.

A new name for a new generation of rockets and spacecraft?
A Soviet Tank replied to NSEP's topic in Science & Spaceflight
I vote "Big Daddies" or "Meaty Boys". I mean, look at the size of those rockets. -
Yeah, I'd build a set, then think: "that that part would look good on a spaceship". The next day I'd completely deconstruct it and turn it into a spaceship. I have loads of custom built Lego spaceships on my shelves, and some of them still look quite impressive, even though I was 12 when i made them. I even made a neat little Halo Warthog replica and Spartan mini figures that have little Mjolnir Mk VI helmets that you could order from some website that made custom bricks. Damn, I wanna get back into Lego someday. Who else get's incredibly nostalgic whenever they see their old Lego Mars Mission boxes in the attic?

Yeah that mun sure is weird. God, can you imagine if there was a face that intimidating orbiting earth.
-
I dunno, it seems a bit naff. I imagine input lag would be a major problem so only certain sim or strategy games would be playable. And judging by the amount of hours I put into games it'd be more cost effective to fork out £1000 for a new pc than this service.

Mars is best planet because Stalin and Elon Musk live there. For moons, I gotta say the moon, because boy is she nice to look at.

Debris Fields And Kerbal Kessler Syndrome
A Soviet Tank replied to Mark Kerbin's topic in KSP1 Discussion
Once I had a contract to rescue a kerbal in minmus orbit but i was orbiting the wrong way, so I dropped my booster and fired retro until it became prograde. I then started to time warp around to my node and when I was about to burn the booster stage whipped by about a meter from my craft. I almost wet myself. -
A goup is making an actual Earth-chan anime
A Soviet Tank replied to EnderKid2's topic in The Lounge
Hmm. After further though I am wondering how we distinguish the spacecraft girls from each other. For example do we class each module of the ISS as a individual spacecraft girl or is the ISS as a whole a single spacecraft girl? And how do rocket girls fit into this? Let's take Apollo 11, do we class the Apollo service module, lander and saturn V as separate spacecraft girls or do we group them into one being simply called Apollo 11? Damn this is really interesting. -

You know there are those anime or manga whatevers about warship girls and tank girls and stuff? Where are the rocket girls? I need my soyuz chan and falcon heavy senpai. -
Poll: Are you buying the "Making History" DLC?
A Soviet Tank replied to Yakuzi's topic in KSP1 Discussion
I never really update ksp now I've found my nice little mod setup, so I'm gonna leave it for now. I'll probably pick it up eventually though. -
Yeah the same was for me until I got a gaming laptop and it was in green. I'd recommend saving for something designed for games if you can. I got my more-than-decent-for-ksp laptop for just over £1000, and it can handle any mods I throw at it on medium settings.

I actually prefer the Halo universe that was portrayed in the books rather than the games. They're great, and offer a more realistic and gritty perspective of the Human-Covenant war, as well as some great naval battles. The Fall of Reach will always be a favourite of mine.

This has been my home/lock screen for everything for a couple years now. However, recently, after finding my new favourite show, Made in Abyss, I changed my phone's lock screen to a map of the Abyss. Oops, sorry that image is huge. I'd fix it but I can't be asked.
