Nice! I want to see how angry Mort gets when he hears this!!

I read a KSP mission report in which a probe is sent to Eve on a free return trajectory back to Kerbin. How can I get the same thing done? How do I plan it?

Aww don't be mean to Little Hats just because he is a bit different than the others.
SpoilerMe, to HATS: Mr. Hats, would you like to join the Kopernicus School for Gifted Planets? Would you like to be.... a X-Planet!?

I generally dream when I nap in the afternoons. This dream occured not too long ago:
I was all grown up . And driving a car!
Suddenly I see someone asking for a ride. I look carefully, it's bald Elon Musk!!! I stop my vehicle and see that his Tesla has turned into a Transformer Cerebrus and refuses to turn back. Elon wants to go to a motel.
I, of course, take him to my place. Then we go on a tour of the town , visiting all the fun places. Elon is very co-operative.
We went to all the tourist spots around the world (makes no sense, I was with him at The Statue of Liberty one minute, and the next minute I was at Eiffel tower.....) While he was leaving, I asked him if we could stay in touch. He said "No, why should we?" I could only stutter "But.But..BUT!!" He said that I was not 'significant' enough. I started bawling my eyes out.
Then he started going on a stupid rant abt how attachments don't matter and how he would have ditched SpaceX if there were no profits. He essentially became how I picture Mortimer Kerman in my head.
Then there was a huge earthquake, and Elon fell in a crater.....
Then I woke up, and one of my teachers was shaking me awake, looking very worried. Turns out I was napping and all of a sudden started sobbing in my sleep, in the library!
And the aftermath was pretty embarrassing..... Very embarrassing...

Hmm.. maybe someone is remotely running simulations inside your mind to test how you would react to certain stimuli? After the simulation is over, reports are sent back to him?

The most reliable estimates I've seen on a human trip to Mars is around a trillion dollars.
I see your trillion dollars, and raise you 9 trillion more!

I am pretty sure that this guy(who wrote the op-ed) is being sarcastic. Because if he is not, then he's a real dumb dumb.....

What about this: When they are irritated, kerbal's skin gets wrinkled? Like when you dip your fingers in water for a long time?
-
I was wondering, how would Kerbal physiology react when they are nervous or angry? Like humans have increased heartbeat, adrenaline rush... what would be its Kerbal equivalent?

Looks like @CatastrophicFailure failure will need a new profile picture every couple of months with BFRs changing designs at this rate

So today, at class, my friend gave me a pendrive with a cartoon series (pirated, of course). He said it was about space, and since everyone at school thinks I am a 'space nutjob' , he thought I would like it...
- A warp drive? Umm, ok..i guess its alright
- Oooh!! The spaceship is using rcs to dock, nice...realistic..
- Spaceships are using modified Canadarms to swordfight.. wha???
- There is magic involved..ok that's it, I am done.... (╯'□')╯︵ ┻━┻
In another story, our fridge is not working anymore. The guy from the company gave us a visit and said that the compressor was faulty, thankfully it was covered under warranty. He carted off the fridge to the workshop. And then, more problems *started popping up* out of nowhere..Condensor fault, eroded pipes, gas leak.... Suuuurrrrreeeeee....They said that the fridge was not worth repairing, and that they will sell us a new one for half the market price of the fridge.
My elder brother is visiting us, and he is not very patient like my Dad..He went to the workshop and tore them a new one. He brought the faulty refrigerator back, and took it to the local repair guy, without telling him anything about the company workshop. The repair guy said that this was not an eroded pipe, it felt like it was corroded with some kind of acid... and the condensor was faulty, yes, but it was not a fault that would occur naturally.
That was the end of Dad's patience, bro was already ballistic! Dad's in contact with a lawyer and we are going to file a case against the company in the consumer court on charges of mental and emotional harassment and mishandling of private property, perhaps sabotage as well.. I am SOOO going to love this!!

The payload of FH to LEO is in fact identical to F9, every kg over that is propellant, not actual payload (you can't stuff 57 tonnes under the fairing, sorry).
Are you sure!! Why won't any 'Space Youtube Channel' or other social media point it out? Surely they are not stupid!! (/sarcasm)
I refrain from taking part in debates about which I don't know everything about(honestly I dont know much about anything )..But here are my few cents:
<rant>
As for the BFR: Yeah, I can see it getting completed and flown to low earth orbit and cis lunar space. But I have this nagging doubt: How will it travel to Mars? Propulsion-wise it can, but what about Life Support systems? Such life support systems have not been validated, even in LEO. Sometimes, its wondrous that I have interacted with people(not on this forum, obviously) who don't believe that we landed on the Moon believe that a rich billionaire will take them to Mars, somehow...
As for the SLS: It will fly, for the sake of justifying the cost. It will definitely fly. 2030s, it will fly. And so will the BFR(in 2030s) .Because do you seriously think that a proud government will allow a private company to fly before them? Look what they are doing to CCDev! Delaying it constantly, until Orion is developed, and all of a sudden Dragon and Starliner are not needed anymore. The "American" spacecraft that will take NASA astronauts to space will be Orion and nothing else. (But, eh..thats just speculation)..
</rant>
EDIT: Oh yes, one more thing! Has there been any sort of investigation done, or documents released by SpaceX to prove that reusing the core stage of F9 indeed reduced costs? If yes, please point me to the general direction. I will try to understand the big words with my thesaurus

"The first operational mission of GSLVMkIII will be Chandrayaan-2"
But this rocket has already lifted 2 satellites to their orbits, right? Were they not operational missions? What does 'operational' even mean in this context??

Thank you! We're trying our best to build hype lol
You better deliver on that! Hype is good, but it also increases expectations...I am expecting something like Expedition Eve now!

I binge read 'Saturn Run'! My friend gifted the ebook and said he will be getting me a lot of space books, like Stephen Baxter's Manifold series and NASA trilogy .... I feel bad that he has to spend money though... but he doesn't mind, so I guess its OK...

Keep RIPping in heaven, Mr. Stan Lee, you are an angel now

If I were the first person on Mars, I don't think I would be free enough to say what I want to really say... the government would have provided me with a politically correct script to read.... And if I say anything else, I have this feeling that it would be torn to shred by 'netizens'
Honestly, If I were on Mars, I would just want to yell at the sky, in the general direction of Earth:
"SEE! THIS IS WHAT HUMANITY CAN ACHIEVE IF A FEW THOUSAND PEOPLE GET IT RIGHT! HOW ABOUT ALL OF YOU GET SOME SENSE!!!"
THE BARTDON PAPERS - "Cancel all previous directives."
