I understand your point, but in 5 billion years our sun would be in its final stage of the Red Giant. This means that A: it will expand like h*ck, swallowing most of the solar system. B: none of the planets will be habitable (maybe the outer planets but that's not the point). What we see in AfK is that the Circumstellar habitable zone around Archangel moved just a little bit, (Otherwise Solitude would not be habitable and we would have to start on Laythe or Eeloo. Considering these points, I would say that the best time for AfK to be is about 1 billion years max. (This is the approximate time for when Earth would no longer be habitable as the sun would become too hot

But will it be a reasonable amount of time since AK? Because After Kerbin is based whole 5 BILLION YEARS after stock!!! I think that is a little bit too much time. I think that Beyond Home (I think it would be better as "Beyond Kerbol") would be better of a couple thousand years at max in the future

My method is to have a plane tilted up a little (10 degrees or so) and tilt up and down to distribute heat and adjust my trajectory. If I seem to overshoot, I turn my plane 180 degrees and pitch up (It creates more Gs, but not much if done right)

the 3rd one looks nice, especially if it would be something like an Ice Age earth like planet. Looks cool aswell!!!

@Gameslinx here are some suggestions/ideas for making the mod awesome from my point of view Can you please add in-game lore about the world (eg. a derelict colony ship on the surface of the new home planet. Or make one system a binary one (to make it less Kerbol-system-like) or make Kerbol system a pulsar/white dwarf with the planets all cold and stuff Or make multiple habitable wolds around the mod (Extrasolar: planets beyond Kerbol cameo maybe?) Or name some planets in "Pioneer" style (Names have symbolic meaning with something to do with exploration, luck, salvation etc.)
