Possibly the centre of thrust is above the centre of mass? The two have to bee aligned for stable flight. Also the lifting surface might be just too small. You may need to add more lifting area. -

Turns out if you search the number and add a railroad/ railway In front of it, you get the locomotive with that road number. here we have a FA-2 from CPR: also 4049

Lol. I almost crashed a couple times going over 100 Km/hr. But I managed to pull through driving about 2km to reach the gathering zone (where there is lots of DIAMONDS ore).
