A bug in my ship design?
jaunco325 replied to jaunco325's topic in KSP1 Gameplay Questions and Tutorials
Now I managed to make only the command module twist instead of the entire rover. https://prnt.sc/q32xt5 -
A bug in my ship design?
jaunco325 replied to jaunco325's topic in KSP1 Gameplay Questions and Tutorials
It had not occurred to me to try that, if it is still bugged when I undock the rover. but if I deploy the rover alone without it ever being coupled, it is not bugged. https://prnt.sc/q2jsh6 https://prnt.sc/q2jso9 And I also managed to try it without mods and the problem continues. -
A bug in my ship design?
jaunco325 replied to jaunco325's topic in KSP1 Gameplay Questions and Tutorials
Do not be offended but did anyone really see the images I passed? gravity does not make sense, as far as I know gravity pulls down, but the image shows that the piece in question is twisted up. This is not seen in the image but also twists in the opposite direction to its respective center of gravity. in short: the error in question is not gravity, quite the opposite is ignoring it. This error is generating enough torque to: overcome the force of gravity, overcome the center of mass, and overcome the lever effect since it is lifting a 4t structure from an off-center pivot. -
I have the design in the hangar but when I take it to the launch pad it twists, I don't know why. Does anyone think what the problem might be? https://prnt.sc/q21trb https://prnt.sc/q21txl http://www.mediafire.com/file/78u15ih5kpcpc6m/Mini_rover_lunar_M.craft/file. How do you report a bug in this game?. I can't test the design without mods because the game is so stupid that it doesn't load it if there are missing pieces. (Apparently it is very difficult to load the design by deleting these pieces). Here are the mods I have: https://prnt.sc/q21y4o

Thanks for the suggestion, I will review the page.

When I went to the moon and Minmus I realized that in places with low gravity the rovers turned very easily, and that they had to be: flat, wide and long. but later I realized that these types of rovers were difficult to transport and did not fit in protective caps. So I ended up designing this rover that I liked very much. https://prnt.sc/pz7a9o https://prnt.sc/pz7b3y (I tried it a few times, so it may have some small flaws) oxidizer: 177 liquid fuel: 145 electric charge: 1000 retracted: height: 2.5m width: 2.6m length: 3.5m extended: height: 2m width: 4.2m length: 4.1m Useful parts: small reaction wheel, scanning arm, thermometer, pressure gauge, small resource scanner, powerful flashlight, science storage box, bonboyage mod module, 2 solar panels 3X2 retractable. The vehicle has 4 RCS modules (I do not know if it says "RCS") of liquid fuel placed at the ends of the vehicle (above the wheels) to make even sharper turns. It also has 4 small engines at the ends (under the wheels) to be able to lift and stop falls, exempting the orange fuel tank from behind (which is programmed to be consumed at the last) the rest of the fuel tanks are centered to keep the balance of the engines (this is with the extended rover). It also has 2 docking ports to update modules. It can move perfectly while being retracted but the controls will be reversed. The reaction wheel is disabled by default, I recommend checking the quick access settings. http://www.mediafire.com/file/kvtnp8wdpznu0s6/Rover_plegable.craft/file

My helicopter is uncontrollable. help
jaunco325 replied to jaunco325's topic in KSP1 Gameplay Questions and Tutorials
Excuse me, could you explain a little better the changes you made, I didn't understand. I don't know what the difference between the engines is, check it and I didn't find any. and it can't be the FAR because I already tested the helicopter after uninstalling all the mods, and still presenting problems. doing more tests I realized that he is lying on his side when he is doing too much lifting force. and that I cannot program the same function on two different controllers, if I put the angle control of the blades on the accelerator and on the pitch axis the latter will not do anything. -
My helicopter is uncontrollable. help
jaunco325 replied to jaunco325's topic in KSP1 Gameplay Questions and Tutorials
my base concept: https://www.google.com.ar/search?q=helicoptero+de+carga+militar&hl=es&sxsrf=ACYBGNSl0Nn6PcgLfTwVUmxu_M5S7nnzAg:1574006746294&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwjhoPKH0PHlAhWJJbkGHeoKAVgQ_AUIEigB&biw=1280&bih=881#imgrc=SLhuZ6PYvhA6FM: Yes, they are contrarotative. I control the RPM of both engines at the same time with the acceleration control, and I already try to control them with the pitch of the blade. the reaction wheels and the blade control probes them together and separately. http://www.mediafire.com/file/z96q4ehjiq0bi89/helicoptero.rar/file -
https://prnt.sc/pxylva This aberration against science and technology, which probably makes their eyes bleed, is my prototype of the elicopter. I use it to test the physics of the game and see how a good helicopter is built. He has a problem that I can't discover the cause. he turns wildly in the direction marked by the arrow he draws. Acceleration: I already tried to put the acceleration increasing torque, RPM, and vane inclination. control: already probe control it with the vanes and with 2 medium reaction wheels. I also tried to handle it with both SAS and without it. Does anyone know what the problem might be?

How to use the motor plate?
jaunco325 replied to jaunco325's topic in KSP1 Gameplay Questions and Tutorials
Thank you very much for the help -
I refer to this piece: https://prnt.sc/pwmklg From what I understood from the description, it serves to place several engines inside and then should generate a cover to cover all the engines. but I can't do it, the few times I managed to make it generate a cap, it covered only the central engine, leaving out the rest. Could someone explain to me how I have to use them?

I mean that now the bonvoyage module is unlocked before, in the technology tree? I still have it next to the rover wheels. Does it apply to saved games?
-
I have a very rare bug with this module. I build it by putting things inside normally: http://prntscr.com/ptxkxz and when I'm in space and decide to open the lid: http://prntscr.com/ptxm1r the strangest thing is that it happens to me alone with this ship. I already tried to accommodate things inside, take it out and place a new one, change several aspects of the ship's design. I don't know if the problem is the game or some mod. Does anyone know what this may be due to? I don't know what to try.

The mobile position is determined by the root piece. If this part is rotated during construction, your mobile will appear flipped.

The forum is bad for me. the answer is below

lack of fin efficiency?
jaunco325 replied to jaunco325's topic in KSP1 Gameplay Questions and Tutorials
I'm stupid, I understood what the problem was the game, were the mods (I had forgotten that I had certain mods). Now that rocket works perfectly for me. -
lack of fin efficiency?
jaunco325 replied to jaunco325's topic in KSP1 Gameplay Questions and Tutorials
http://prntscr.com/prw8t3 in 1.7: * I have launched rockets 5 times heavier without any problem. * I had already implemented the upper fins, and with their respective compensation in lower fins it worked well * I used ships with some bumps and they didn't affect performance so much (and at no time did the ship's turn affect me) * I always used solid rockets in the first stage and I never had problems. -
I understood, thank you very much.

I didn't understand what he meant by that last.

¿Soy el único que se da cuenta de que las aletas ya no son fuertes? http://prntscr.com/prmw3i They have been trying to straighten the ship for a long time, and it does not move, on the contrary it is leaning slightly in the opposite direction. before, this type of design worked well for me, even with less fins.

I was testing autosave that I already had and I noticed something very strange in the autosave "mini rover kerbin". I started loading and piloting said rover again and again, without making any modifications. one would think that by doing the same thing many times it would always give the same result, no, sometimes it explodes at fall and sometimes the wheels manage to cushion the fall. even disabling rotation. http://www.mediafire.com/file/ln6ynmx2itwjxhw/Desktop.rar/file With respect to the old mods, if they don't update them I have to settle for old versions. These are the mods I have: http://prntscr.com/prmoxn Then I will launch more rovers in search of more of these bugs.
