Don't we already have that in the making history dlc. Of course I could use some 7 meter parts, and while they're at it, might as well add some 10 meter tanks and engines. A bigger VAB would help with the construction of my 200 meter abominations, at least one kilometer. Yes

If the issue isn't clipping as @Geonovast suggested, then maybe you can use a junior docking port instead. I am pretty sure that they don't have a force.

so far I have not taken any measures to protect my kerbals against this, although I may soon build some orbital missiles to fire upon infected spacecraft and bases, only if it gets bad enough.
