Hey @Misguided_Kerbal, I pretty much did it but, it can't accomplish its function, See, it's planed to hover above the water via the Ground Effect that gives the lift, then just 2 smaller engines push it to a normal airliner speed, but since KSP doesn't have that, then the Ekranoplan is just a 10 engine slow boat, with no practical use at all, it produces awesome water particles, so later I will reveal screenshots. For now, I will try to do another design.

In KSP I did an Aeris A4 mission to a space station and a (not succesful at all) space shuttle mission. And I also played Arsenal.
