  1. Not today, but yesterday I rescued a Kerbal that was stranded in the mun's orbit (With a 45k rocket) for 130k-200k (dont remember how much) Now the interesting thing: Since I had an old contract and I was yet to complete it, I've done my first EvE fly by with Jeb and returned to Kerbin safely It's a bit dark but you can see the planet above the 2.50>1.25 adapter. That was by far my most creative rocket and the most functional one, and it only had 3 stages (most rockets i design have 4 stages) Now I am not sure if I should try landing on it or if I should do Duna first. What do you guys think?
  2. I have like 6-7 mods. My computer has low ram (almost 100% used while playing this game) so I cannot have much mods or any kind of visual mod. Iirc the only ones I have are: KIS, KAS, Texture Replacer (I don't consider this one a visual mod tbh, I only use it for the suits and visors), SCANsat and I forgot the other ones
  3. I've been searching for a mod with transparent windows so my game would look way cooler, and i found JSI Transparent Pods (i think that's the name?) but it doesn't give the stock pods transparent windows, only modded ones. So I want to know if there is a good mod for the stock parts, be it standalone or part of JSI's mod. If there isn't then I am asking if someone could do it, thanks
  4. I`ve launched a Big-S rocket to the mun, Landed and after several months (or year i dont know) I mined 600 ore, docked for the first time on my WIP mun station... And now we are on our way to Kerbin
  5. I've sent my first MK2 lander successfully to mun's surface to mine ore BUT then I realized I forgot the ore holding tank They are still landed and now I plan on refueling in my WIP mun station to bring them back so I'll have to do the same mission again because of this error edit: I'll just load my launch save because I have low money
  6. Today I left the kerbin's gravity influence for the first time, and after 7 years orbiting the Sun I managed to bring Jebediah back in safety to home. I didn't get a screenshot because I forgot but I'll make sure to take one when I flyby through eve.
  7. I did not change the debris thing and yes that setting is indeed checked. Anyway, it worked, now Bill is finally between us again
  8. Yep the save file was saying he was dead (although it wasn't in-game and he wasn't respawning), I changed it like you said and now I am gonna test it. Btw I think there's something really wrong with my game, because recently I also killed Jeb (accidentally) and the same thing happened to him. I just loaded the previous save tho
  9. The kerbals respawn option is indeed on, and years have passed since he disappeared (in-game ofc) And where is that file you said?
  10. can you make a version for the stock suit? it looks so cool
  11. Today I've sent a really big vessel to the space... Or almost, i lost control of it at about 20k meters in the sky and had to EVAcuate the kerbals
  12. For some reason Bill has literally vanished from the game, I don't see him in the map, I go to the astronaut complex and there are 0 lost (and 0 assigned), and he's nowhere with the available kerbals. How do I fix this or bring him back?
  13. Thanks, now the visors are working btw your suits look cool but I don't have the vintage suit (if I had I'd get your suits)
  14. Wait I have to paste the png in each suit's folder? now I am curious Edit: NVM just saw you said to put in each folder Also, can I replace the default suits's visors with this?
  15. Today I've sent a mobile processing laboratory to the mun (orbit) and made 1500 science. It took 5 and a half years (400 days each) to finish all that. (I've stopped at about 0.300 data, because they started making only 0.0040 science per day) F to Bob and Pateny Kerman, isolated from the kerbals for so many years
  16. well yes, but it could help the player a little I think. i respect your opinion anyway
  17. It would be nice if when the player used the maneuver node, if the current stage didn't have enough fuel, it showed where the vessel will go if the player burned the fuel. For example: you want to go to minmus, so you set a maneuver node, but you have only 10% fuel remaining (in the current stage), so it shows where the vessel would go by burning, doesn't matter how much fuel remaining they have, and at the same time another line (like a normal orbit line) that means where it will actually go. If this was implemented me and probably other players would like if it was toggleable in options like the vessel marker thing. Apologies if the game already has this, if it does just ignore me and have a good night.
  18. I've done many things today: I learn how to rendezvous two different vessels in the orbit (not the level of docking) with the help of forum users I saved two different kerbals from Kerbin's orbit (one was contract and the other one was bill) and I've landed in minmus for the very first time
  19. Many thanks for the help guys. I see KSP players like to help newbies edit: you guys helped me a lot, now I finally completed the "Explore Kerbin" contract
  20. Thanks, it worked, now this Kerbal has finally returned to his home after years stranded
  21. That looks good, but about the rescue stranded kerbals contracts, how do I rescue the stranded Kerbal if I can't control them with Eva? (This is an unrelated question but still),
  22. What I meant was like when matt lowne a planet, his screen view is locked to the planet he was, but thats helpful too. By the way just now I managed to rescue a stranded Kerbal from the kerbin's, orbit, and my rockets were below 3km from eachother, so thanks 4 the help
