How to unlink my STEAM and Xbox? (My 12 y.o. did something)
THierose replied to JoeSchmuckatelli's topic in The Lounge
Unlinking an Xbox Live account This action can be completed when at either the 'Start Game' screen or Main Menu. Simply clicking 'Sign Out' from these screens (or pressing the X key in the main menu) will prompt you whether you wish to sign out of Xbox Live. Clicking Yes will complete the unlinking process and return you to the 'Start Game' screen where you can sign in to another account. -
Oh cool! I had no idea about NASA Moment, thanks so much for the info!

Why Are Most All Heroes In Fiction Single/Unmarried?
THierose replied to Spacescifi's topic in The Lounge
Not all significant heroes are bachelors and not all heroines are, in the old english term, spinsters. The lovely Fantastic Four couple everyone knows about thanks to the Fantastic Four movies. Yes, they really did get married, in comics. Hank Pym and Wasp Piotr Rasputin (Colossus) and Kitty Pryde (Shadowcat) Hawkman and Hawkgirl Black Canary and Green Arrow Cyclops and Jean Grey -
totm aug 2023 What funny/interesting thing happened in your life today?
THierose replied to Ultimate Steve's topic in The Lounge
An acquaintance I have concerned and prayed for last 4 years invited me for lunch tomorrow since she finally has a question to ask me! Another interesting thing is that I planned to do something and a friend A mentioned a once friend B who is great at it. Though living in the same city we haven't met for almost 10 years. Then two days after the conversation with A, I strangely decided to go to a gym in the morning to run. Never did this before. I ran into B’s wife and talked briefly. Though feeling surprised right at the moment I forgot about it quickly. Then the next afternoon I ran into both B and his wife at Costco. Just paid them a visit and received some helpful information. -

Do you play KSP only or are you into lots of games?
THierose replied to Klapaucius's topic in KSP1 Discussion
Well, my favorite game is WoW, it's a very creative game to me . Polymorphs, counterspells, hibernate, sap, blinds, fears, traps, cyclones, and then all of the other spells to counter those. No other MMO's combat has fulfilled my imagination like WoW has. All other MMOs seem very bland and depend on high speed action combat to be good. -
In mu opinion, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, Crysis 3 are the PC games that have the most stunning graphics.

Hi, recommend to you Elite Dangerous and Outer Wilds. If you want to play Elite Dangerous, starting with a basic ship and a handful of credits, you shape your own destiny. Do you become a fearsome pirate? A master trader? An explorer? The beauty of Elite is being able to play in a way that suits you. From thrilling dogfights to gentle exploration, there’s something for everyone. And its ships are all an absolute dream to fly, whether it's a nimble fighter or a heavy duty cargo hauler. Outer Wilds is a first-person open-world game about exploring a small solar system full of weird planets and odd cosmic phenomena. The catch? You're trapped in a time loop, giving you just 20 minutes to explore at a time. Outer Wilds is reminiscent of games such as Her Story and Obra Dinn in the way you piece a puzzle together by discovering and connecting small, often seemingly unrelated details. -
Hi, I personally think these are the best Turn-Based Strategy games on PC: 1. BattleTech 2. Phantom Doctrine 3. XCOM 2: War of the Chosen 4. Corruption 2029 5. Broken Lines

Video Games Have Become More Dangerous Than Ever
THierose replied to Spacescifi's topic in The Lounge
Yes, I agree with you my friend, I love old games too. Just like you can see WoW Classic, the 15-year old video game is now catching fire all over again. But I don't think it 'Become More Dangerous Than Ever'. You see, with each level in WOW classic, I have a sense of goal, and it makes me a better person in or out of the game. Besides, WOW Classic leveling is slower but with each level, I can get to experience a sense of achievement. Most of all, it feels like I have control of our character’s destiny by carefully designing how I want our skill trees to become. And with gears being hard to come by, it becomes more meaningful when I finally get them. So, my opinion is, as long as we keep dreaming about those goals, we are in that happy state. And it's relaxing, fun, not even close to dangerous.
