    Realized that the guy doing that literally runs Project Showdown Great idea! I don't see why wouldn't KSP players attempt to speedrun orbit

    The guy who advised me to not do a fighter plane league had a valid reason, there are enough leagues (Runway Project, Project Showdown etc.) to satisfy the participants and another one would be unnecessary.

    A "league" here is defined as a group of people or teams that compete against each other in a specific (E-)sport and gain points in a leaderboard, with a non-random round-robin tournament format called a season. Wanted to do a fighter jet league but someone advised against that.
