Since the beginning of the Third Great Number War, there has been 21 Positive wins and 19 Negative wins. The tally currently maintained only counts from page 320-or-so, hence the difference. Zero has been reached 781 times from ±1. -- Upd. -- In the first NW, the 5-minute-rule was added at page 3. You should have a look at all the confusion in pages 2 and 3. (link) -- Upd. 2 -- Also, in the first NW, battles continued even after ±100 was reached! Until a game master resets them. So how do I handle that? Currently I just don't display CNs greater than 100 or less than -100. But that makes holes in the curve. (that battle went down until -111)
