How do you feel about a tundra world with an ocean strip and barely habitable equatorial zone? Or a sub-habitable desert world with a scorching equatorial zone and a temperate polar region? I feel these genres are a bit lacking in the oxygenated worlds among current planet-pack literature, which is dominated by temperate, exotic, and ocean worlds.
