Also, the KSP Forums have themes now! You can opt into them by clicking the theme dropdown at the bottom of the page:

One, didn't know I needed this!

Various CPU and GPU optimizations to improve performance

Two, will the system requirements change at all? Even a smidge? (Please say yes I'm begging)

Thanks for your continued work KSP team!

there isn't really a way to use any planet mod in a specific save file, you'll have to put it in a separate ksp install

Oh thanks. Kinda figured that might be the case. Don't really have the storage space for a separate install right now unfortunately. Doesn't mean I won't forget about this mod though!

Maybe the BO stats on Be-4 are sandbagged?

Would NOT shock me at all!

If it's in their user's guide, it works—they have the real numbers, we don't.

Been snooping around ULA's website and I can't seem to find one as of now. Just the Rocket Rundowns, posters, and other information, but no official user's guide. Hope we see one soon! Love peering through those!

Stole this from ULA's website. It would appear that performance would be comparable to Atlas V 401, with a slight upgrade.

PS—this is ULA, not ARCA, they have done the math, and are legit.

    BTW this is amazing.

I asked Tory Bruno once about this and he said it was for competitive advantage.

BTWBTW This is also amazing that you know Tory!

  5. OH MAN WAS THAT EVER BEAUTIFUL! Watched live in person from about 10 miles away and it was amazing! Worth the lost sleep! An absolute shame about Aeon Vac though. That's two maiden launch failures caused by the same thing in less than a month! (Terran and H3) Best luck to Relativity with their next launch attempt. (and H3 too while we're on the subject)

Thanks to @Kerbas_ad_astra for Kronal Vessel Viewer.

Its like a mix of all my favorite rockets! The size of the first stage and its single engine is reminiscent of the Thor, and the color is of course a dead ringer for Delta II, and then there's the Agena style stage on top, which makes the entire thing very Atlas like! Beautiful stuff! :D:D:rep:

  7. Awesome to have you here!

I am an IRL science geek with a love of space, which is why I got into this game in the first place. It's fascinating to learn some stuff about orbital mechanics and how things really work.

If I may ask, what sorts of science work do you do?

  8. I've been looking around the forums at real life counterparts of KSP engines, and all the lists mark the Thumper as "generic."

I think that I have found the real life counterpart of it. It comes from the Titan series of rockets from the late 1900's. More specifically, the UA120 from the Titan III series.

The only difference I can really see here is the nozzle is not slanted. (BTW I'm talking about the revamped version, not the original.) Just thought it was interesting.

Question: Why does the minty moon look not so minty? I'm assuming a mod?
