  1. Thank you @Nerdy_Mike A post like this (and your recent ones) is all I really needed to chill out for a few more months. Happy you're back and thanks for always having your finger on the pulse of the community. PS hope the twins are sleeping well for you!
  2. You are correct that way would be more fun for us. But they need us to find and report all the bugs with colonies before they can introduce the complex resource system. Probably a better approach for the long term development of the game but worse for the player short term. And by short term I mean 1-2 years.
  3. This post is very impressive! Well done Space Peacock. My main concern when looking at those gorgeous images is that my PC is going to run at 3fps while also catching on fire. Maybe they will be ridged bodies so they won't kill performance but still that looks like quite a few polygons.
  4. The legendary chess battle making it into this post makes me extremely happy.
  5. This report isn't getting a lot of upvotes but people are asking about this all over reddit. I'm sure its more of a long term issues but it is still very annoying. How am I supposed to put colonies on every single celestial body 5 times over with performance like this!?
  6. Jumping on here just to say we really want occlusion. Doesn't need to happen fast but I think we do need it before colonies. I know it needs to come with visualization and maybe a tutorial but it's an easy concept for brand new players to understand. I still remember learning about it for the first time in KSP1 easy concept to grasp but I couldn't dock with my ship until I was on the other side of the planet. Beautiful learning moment it would be a shame to not have that in the sequel.
  7. Probably my most disliked bug post 0.2.0. Ion engines are close to unusable because of this. Only work around I found was to set throttle to below 10 (which was odd) and even that stopped working after a little.
  8. Beautifully full Kerb report! On a side note I need more Tom Vinita in my life! ”I’m alive I promise”
  9. The K.E.R.B. report itself is a good way of communicating in my opinion but when you go to the forums and look at the list of reports it looks like chaos. Am I submitting a duplicate report, should I comment on a report and just say I have this issue too. Am I creating more issues but submitting a sloppy report on an issue that is already well known. I think at the very least we need a way to sort the forums by upvotes. At the most we need something that looks like an in game reporting system. It could be an opt in feature but a way to press a few buttons and possibly -record the last 30 seconds of the game. (or at least record currently and try and duplicate the bug) -record hardware specs -give a description of what is happening -see similar reports of what is happening and add to those reports -submit a game file Even if you only had 10% of the player base sign up for something like that I think the amount of quality reports you would get would be huge and it would all be better organized. Also totally agree with this^
  10. Looks like Anth has been killing it! Very full report keep up the good work! Looks like this just missed the KERB list when it comes to upvotes. I assume the team knows about it but just wanted to try and get it some more upvotes. Will be needed in the For Science! update.
  11. Commenting on this report to say I have the same problem. As we get closer and closer to For Science! this is going to be a real problem with reentry heat.
  12. Thank you for this clarification. The first post did have me a little worried. I feel better now.
  13. AMD 6900xt Founder edition. It makes the visuals behave sooooooo weird just after V0.1.3
  14. Oh my gosh I'll be so happy if this is fixed!! I need my symmetry!
  15. Can we get an attachment node at the bottom of the inflatable heat shield for easier stage stacking?
  16. The game is playing so much better!! It feels so different already. from 6fps with my space plane to 40fps. I wanted to launch 2 rockets to see how differently the game played and ended up wasting 4 hours. Wow I am enjoying the game so much now. The fact that you did this in 3 weeks is very impressive. Keep up the good work!
  17. We love you Nate keep up the good work!
  18. Really happy you guys are taking advantage of current gen hardware! Excited to see how hard I can push my liquid cooled PC. These are the recommended specs I was hoping for!
