Hi, I have had similar before when a windows update screwed it up. Have you tried safe mode with networking ? Could from there if it boots is try system restore or repair.

Had the same bug today of orbital line disappearing. No docking involved. Happened when launching ship from Mum.

When adding the Rovemax TR-2l wheels, throttle does not work to control them. There seems to be power to them continuously all the time as there rotating on there own in reverse slowly.

When naming crafts if you press the M key, it kicks you out of the text box and brings up the map.

Also had the same bug when going into the Muns orbit. KSC right next to the mun.
