Just loaded up the game again and its still an issue.

Observed Behaviour: Controling ship but all I can see is VAB + Nav ball etc. Steps to replicate: Not sure, but i was making ship in VAB, went to name it, ended up on map screen focused on one of my satelites, went to VAB (through menu). Workaround: Press alot of buttons.

When ever i want to take a screen shot an anoying pop up pops up. Is there a way to disable it?

In the VAB try lower the rocket closer to the floor, it should work if its the same as ksp 1. Edit: took to long for mod to approve so @modus beat me to it, but ye i tried it and it works.

It's above the fairing, if you reload the save the problem is fixed and they can EVA.

Try putting the decouple and engine start in different stages, I had a simialr problem and that fixed it.
