  1. @JonnyOThanI got the first patch working, but the second one (the one editing global resources) now fails to work. What did I do wrong with that? Also, what is a key?
  2. I am playing with several mods, notably pathfinder, the near future series, and MKS. I want to ensure that anywhere I land, there will be at least a small amount of all mineable resources, unless explicitly banned for that area/planet by another mod. This is the patch I am using: Looking at the MM configcache, its not working. When I checked the MMPatch.log, I could not find any reference to my patch. Am I missing something?
  3. @JonnyOThan So any reference to a module has to have "@" unless it is an insert? Then this patch will work? For that matter, would something like this work on all resources? I'll run a test now, thanks for the help!
  4. I am trying to make an MM patch so that all science labs are ludicrously OP. This is my patch: As far as i can tell, this should work. But each science lab still has it's own configs. I checked the 2 MM logs, couldnt find .configcache. The patch is in a file named myPatches.cfg in gamedata, and the other patches in that file all work. this is ksp 1.12.5 and MM is the latest version as per CKAN.

  6. @Lisias on my test with your fork, i had included KSPe, because it was listed as a dependency. I left out CTB after learning that KSPe can use it if present, but it's not needed. CTB was only included in my very first test, the one where i said main menu buttons didnt work. I'll try out that new file you provided.
  7. @Lisias Oops sorry, i thought i provided clarification before Both versions of ubioweld worked this time round. The problem with the old version was that upon staging welded engines, the game crashed. Your version was pretty impeccable. Avoiding part variants, which is easy with my normal mods, isnt a big deal. The only change i made on this test was leaving out click through blocker. I am almost certainly going to be including your fork of ubioweld in all further ksp installations. Thanks for the help.
  8. here is the ksp.log for version 1.12.5, no CKAN Here is the ksp.log for 1.12.5, ubioweld continuum also, i forgot how fast ksp loads without part mods lol
  9. @Lisias Oh yeah, I read about the assembly loader issue on the forum before. I'll make a clean install and give the ksp.log for both this older version and your fork. So what you want me to do is- no CKAN, use ubioweld, put the ksp.log on dropbox or similar and paste the link here?
  10. @Lisias So, i downloaded your version of this mod (UbioWeldContinuum), as instructed a few posts ago. That caused the problems i mentioned above. But are you saying that this version of the mod (the one from this thread) works for 1.12? if so, could i get it with CKAN? I am really sorry if I messed up somewhere, this is only my second post on the forum.
  11. excuse me, I tried ubioweld from the given link, all of the dependencies are there and file structure is there. but when i run ksp (this is a install with no other mods) an error message saying unsupported version pops up from ubioweld, asking me to use 1.8. After that, main menu buttons dont work. I tried clearing input locks and reloading the database, didnt work. Any help? After a complete reinstall, the error message is gone but the main menu buttons still dont work. Tried the same fixes as before, that didnt work.
