Y90, D246 - Kinsei Maru orbiting Eve Y90, D257 - Tsubu Base on Gilly
-
Mission 261: Kinsei Maru + Tsubu Base (MIKU-43) + Song Princess 23a/b/c + 24a/b/c Eve system colony ship, Gilly base, and comsats for both bodies. Since the first interplanetary crewed missions, KASDA has neglected settling Gilly in favor of Duna and the planets and moons further beyond, as well as Moho. But finally, Kerbals will live on Eve's moon. (97794 kg launch mass, K-3 launch vehicle) Mission 262: Negi Star Mk2 flight 20 Dundas, Sidrien, Jansan, Tamre, Harul, and Leegee Kerman. Mission 263: Kinsei Maru flight 01 The last time Kerbals landed on Gilly was on Y20, D180. Y90, D5 (base launch) Y90, D25 (crew launch) Y90, D36 (Kinsei Maru Kerbin -> Eve) Y90, D243 (Kinsei Maru Eve insertion) Y90, D247 (Eve comsats deployed, Kinsei Maru transfer to Gilly) Y90, D254 (Kinsei Maru Gilly insertion) Y90, D257 (Gilly comsats deployed and base landed) Moho population: 12 Gilly population: 0 -> 6 Kerbin system population: 84 Duna system population: 36 Dres population: 12 Jool system population: 60 Sarnus system population: 24 Total space population: 234 Kinsei Maru after releasing three comsats over Eve Tsubu Base on Gilly

Y88, D322 - Dawn-4a deployed at Eve Y88, D329 - Dawn-4a deployed at Gilly

I think this glitch happened because when the decoupler detached, the radial attachment point was set as the root part. Thus, the nuclear turbojet was set as a child part, but you can't do something like that starting from the radial attachment point when in the VAB. Mission 260: WiM-26 + Dawn 4a/b Same vehicle as the WiM-10 Sarnus miner, but as a transfer stage to deploy scanner probes around Eve and Gilly to prepare for the colonization of Gilly and the first crewed mission to Eve's surface. (104895 kg partially fueled launch mass, K-3 launch vehicle) The last probe to Gilly (Dawn-3) arrived on Y12, D392. Y88, D210 (launch) Y88, D213 (Kerbin -> Eve) Y88, D322 (Eve orbit insertion and Dawn-4a deployed, Eve -> Gilly) Y88, D328 (Gilly orbit insertion) Y88, D329 (Dawn-4b deployed) Dawn-4a at Eve (the scanning had to take place when the probe was still attached as there wasn't enough electric charge; it doesn't make sense, as it was working when I was doing HyperEdit testing in my other save) Dawn-4b at Gilly

Mission 255: Kenzan Base (MIKU-42) + Song Princess 22a/b/c Mission 256: Sarnus Rabbit 4 Mission 257: WiM-25 Identical to the Tylo colony base and vehicles (one K-3 launch and two K-2 launches), Kenzan (乾山) Base will be sent to Sarnus's largest moon Slate instead. Slate is slightly smaller than Tylo so this should be more than enough. Mission 258: Negi Star Mk2 flight 19 Obbo, Jersel, Joerick, Thomlan, Eilissa, Sialla, Nina, Suchell, Gilmin, Adby, Geofming, and Wehreny Kerman. (K-1b launch vehicle) Mission 259: Dosei Maru flight 03 (part 1, part 2) Y87, D50 (base and comsats launch) Y87, D70 (rabbit launch) Y87, D90 (miner launch) Y87, D110 (crew launch) Y87, D117 (Dosei Maru Kerbin -> Sarnus burn 1) Y87, D120 (Dosei Maru Kerbin -> Sarnus burn 2) Y92, D294 (Dosei Maru estimated Sarnus insertion)

Rendezvous with a vessel, you slow down to a reasonable speed (few m/s) relative to the target and time warp. The ship you're trying to rendezvous with then jumps several meters to the left or right.

SOLAR NATIONS (not by me) - Episode 46 (2021-05-01)
Pipcard replied to Pipcard's topic in KSP Fan Works
If you've caught up, here's episode 45: -
Attention: after this mission returns, the crewed Eve landing will be the series finale. Mission 252: Plock Rabbit 1 + 2 The standard lander first used on the Moho expedition (and the Vall base), they have way more than enough Delta-v to explore Plock and Karen. Mission 253: Negi Star Mk2 flight 18 Correy, Tanbeth, Dilbur, and Frozon Kerman will land on Plock. Madula, Debina, Valette, and Karen Kerman will land on Karen. (because of course she would) Mission 254: Project DIVA X 4th / Negi Maru flight 07 (part 1, part 2, part 3, part 4, part 5) Designing Interplanetary Vehicle Architecture with eXtreme-efficiency propulsion, 4th mission. Heading to Plock and back, this will be the longest crewed round-trip ever conducted by KASDA. Y86, D160 (rabbit launch) Y86, D185 (crew launch) Y86, D194 (Negi Maru Kerbin -> Plock) Y95, D403 (Negi Maru estimated Plock insertion) Docked during an eclipse over Kerbin Trans-Plock injection

Without Kerbal Joint Reinforcement, my main interplanetary mothership would break apart if I tried to do any physical time warp while burning. With KJR, 4x time warp - no problem.
-
Mission 249: Shimizu Base 2 (MIKU-41) + Blue Swift Another Laythe mobile base, along with the first use of a nuclear turbojet (over 8 tonnes) on an aircraft. This turbojet does not require any fuel, thus having effectively unlimited range, and it can even operate in atmospheres without oxygen. The Blue Swift has a capacity of three Kerbals, and also contains short-range resource scanners and canards for extra maneuverability. (92700 kg full launch mass, 14530 kg for plane only; K-3 launch vehicle) [named after the common swift, which can spend up to 10 months without ever touching the ground] Mission 250: Negi Star Mk2 flight 17 Debdine, Rarie, Daphanne, Lesy, Henbart, Genebart, Jaxy, Gerlie, Jorigh, Jerney, Jedden, and Mitzon Kerman. (K-1b launch vehicle) Mission 251: Mokusei Maru flight 05 (part 1, part 2) This will be the last Jool colonization mission in this playthrough, but just pretend it keeps flying back and forth afterwards. Y84, D305 - (base and plane launch) Y84, D325 - (crew launch) Y84, D334 - (Mokusei Maru Kerbin -> Jool) Y87, D22 (Mokusei Maru estimated Jool insertion) Transfer burn

I saw this series back in 2016 when it was only 12 episodes, and I am amazed at what it has become. -
Y81, D103 - Shimizu Base on Laythe (the 39th Mobile Interplanetary Kolonization Unit)
-
Mission 241: Shimizu Base (MIKU-39) + Song Princess 20a/b/c Laythe mobile base with an inflatable heat shield and parachutes (78206 kg, K-3 launch vehicle) Mission 242: WiM-24 + Temporary Docking Adapter Wheeled Laythe surface miner (with shield and parachutes) and an adapter to allow the Negi Star to dock at a large docking port. Playlist Seriously, this series is great and deserves more attention because of its storytelling and worldbuilding. It depicts tense space races between multiple countries, as well as some warfare. There are twists and surprises at just around every turn, and the history feels immersive. (Vaos did have an account here, but he hasn't been on the forum since 2017)
