  1. Mission 113: Project DIVA Extend (Part 1, Part 2, Part 3, Part 4) Description & objective: Launching the Ike lander back to the main interplanetary vehicle, then returning to Kerbin. (Important notice) The decision was made to rename the lander "Duna Rabbit 2" for future re-use. (the lander used to land the first Kerbals on Duna was retroactively named "Duna Rabbit 1") Y33, D165 (Lander launch from Ike) Y33, D167 (Departure burn) Y33, D325 (Course correction) Y34, D26 (Kerbin SOI arrival)
  2. After refueling the reusable Mun lander with KIS, sent another batch of crew to my Mun base. KIS grappling hooks were also installed on the base to keep it stable.
  3. Mission 127: Moon Rabbit 4 flight 03 Description & objective: After refueling from the WiM-5 miner, a round trip from Mun -> WiM-3 Depot (to pick up passengers) -> Mun. Mission 128: Negi Star flight 10 Description & objective: 6 more Kerbals for Hope Base 2 (total 12). Verzie installed winches and grappling hooks in the base to increase its stability. Crew (6): Sidhat, Baruna, Obner, Kerigh, Will, and Verzie Kerman Y33, D156 (MR-4 departure from Mun) Y33, D160 (NS-10 launch) Y33, D162 (MR-4 landing on Mun) LKO population: 24 Mun population: 12 Minmus population: 12 Click below to see more: https://imgur.com/a/MJtf6
  4. Why would you want to get rid of what looks like a fine interplanetary spaceship?
  5. Added three modules to my Mun base
  6. Mission 124-126: Hope Kibo Base 2c + 2d + 2e (note: retroactively named to MIKU-08 through 10 for Mobile Interplanetary Kolonization Unit) Description & objective: 2 Munar habitation modules (2c and 2e) + 1 lab module (2d) as an expansion to Hope Base 2. Note that due to the lack of clearance on the original module (2a) to dock on the side, the additional central node module had to be launched early with solar panels located at a higher position. Another issue is the base sliding across the Munar surface: this is planned to be resolved using KIS/KAS winches and grappling hooks. Mass: (at launch/wet mass) Hope Base 2c and 2e (MIKU-08 and 09) (each): 18283 kg/29483 kg Hope Base 2d (MIKU-10): 18605 kg/29805 kg Launch vehicle: Kappa-1a Y33, D113 (Hope Base 2c launch - landed D115) Y33, D133 (Hope Base 2d launch - landed D135) Y33, D153 (Hope Base 2e launch - landed D155) Click below to see more: https://imgur.com/a/PY0sf
  7. Mission 123: Emerald-2 (Part 1, Part 2) Description & objective: Two probes (Emerald-2a and 2b) to orbit and land on Bop and Pol (respectively). Mass: 9057 kg (each) Launch vehicle: Kappa-1a Y33, D91 (Launch) Y35, D20 (Expected Jool SOI arrival for Emerald-2a) Y35, D26 (Expected Jool SOI arrival for Emerald-2b) Click below to see more: https://imgur.com/a/Jyr13
  8. I guess that's what happens if you just try to "shove" them in there all at once, what I do is just drag-and-drop one at a time (after 100% uploading, I get the next one), and it works just fine.
  9. Your interplanetary spaceship looks amazing, but I've never seen someone praise Imageshack after they switched to a subscription-based model. They have deleted my old KSP images ever since they got greedy.
  10. Thanks. I plan on doing a Jool-5 mission someday on my main long-running save (KASDA), but not anytime soon. However, it is 1.1.3 due to issues with KerbPaint (which provided much-needed aesthetics), will accomplishing it still count after the release of the Making History expansion pack?
  11. When ISRU is being used, does any resource scanner have to be sent along with the mission? Because I kind of want to roleplay a scanner being sent ahead of time to evaluate the situation before actually sending in the crew.
  12. Did a fly-by of Urlum (Outer Planets Mod)
  13. Mission 109: Wanderer-5 (Part 1, Part 2) Description & objective: A probe to conduct a flyby of Urlum. Y33, D23 (Urlum encounter) Y33, D34 (Urlum close approach)
  14. Repurposed my Minmus crew lander to a Mun shuttle (but not before refueling [with KIS] and heading to my propellant depot in LKO); performed an EVA to install batteries on the lander (also with KIS), and headed to my Munar base
  15. Mission 121: Moon Rabbit 4 flight 02 Description & objective: Moon Rabbit 4 on Minmus is repurposed as a Munar transfer shuttle after being refilled by the WiM-2 mining vehicle. It returns to the WiM-3 depot before receiving the crew and landing near Hope Base 2 on the Mun. Mission 122: Negi Star flight 09 Description & objective: The first inhabitants of Hope Base 2. An EVA was performed by Miruki in LKO to upgrade the battery capacity of MR-4. Crew (6): Sherner, Katdi, Glechelle, Bildard, Engar, and Miruki Kerman Y32, D365 (MR-4 departure from Minmus) Y32, D372 (NS-09 launch) Y32, D374 (MR-4 landing on Mun) Click below to see more: https://imgur.com/a/miLq6
  16. Mission 119-120: Hope Kibo Base 2a + 2b (note: retroactively named to MIKU-06 and 07 for Mobile Interplanetary Kolonization Unit) Description & objective: Munar base habitation modules almost identical to the ones used in Hope Base 1 on Minmus. Extra battery capacity was needed as the nights on the Mun last over three times as long as on Minmus. Mass: (at launch/wet mass) Hope Base 2a (MIKU-06): 18155 kg/27755 kg Hope Base 2b (MIKU-07): 18304 kg/29504 kg Launch vehicle: Kappa-1a Y32, D275 (Hope Base 2a launch) Y32, D276 (Hope Base 2a landing) Y32, D362 (Hope Base 2b launch) Y32, D365 (Hope Base 2b landing) Click below to see more: https://imgur.com/a/VLLnk
  17. Sent my first probe into the Sarnus system from the Outer Planets Mod (MechJeb was necessary to set up the maneuver nodes for the 1 year transfer - a regular Hohmann transfer takes 5 years - as high delta-v maneuvers cause the ends of trajectories to disappear if you're setting them up manually)
  18. Finally, KASDA's first intentional mission to the new Outer Planets reaches its target. Mission 110: Wanderer-6 (Part 1, Part 2) Description & objective: A probe to conduct a flyby of Sarnus. Y32, D188 (Sarnus encounter) Y32, D199 (Slate encounter/Sarnus close approach)
  19. Which is good if you want to save time irl, but FMRS is for physically simulating stage recovery.
  20. That's what Flight Manager for Reusable Stages is for.
  21. Mission 118: WiM-5 Description & objective: Ore miner and refinery unit to act as a mobile refueling station for a Munar base (KIS fueling ports to come later). Refueling occurred at the WiM-3 orbital depot. Mass at launch: 18250 kg Wet mass: 31250 kg Launch vehicle: Kappa-1a Launch date: Year 32, Day 123 Mun landing date: Year 32, Day 124 Click below to see more: https://imgur.com/a/aBbTl
  22. Mission 117: Emerald-1 (Part 1, Part 2) Description & objective: A Jool orbiter + atmospheric entry probe - more advanced than the probe carried on the Wanderer-1 mission (the data of which was unfortunately lost) Mass: 20563 kg Launch vehicle: Kappa-1a Launch date: Year 32, Day 58 Expected Jool SOI arrival date: Year 34, Day 55 Expected Jool periapsis arrival date: Year 34, Day 108 Click below to see more: https://imgur.com/a/4pLOE
  23. Is there a mod that lets you toggle the option to automatically hide the UI when F1 is pressed (like a blink)? It's easier to think about just pressing F1 instead of pressing F2, then F1, then F2 again when you're doing a propulsive landing on a planet or moon and want to take a nice screenshot moments before touchdown.
