  6. Thx, Noted i used ISA Maps to figure out where i am, took me some time to realize that the maps are Inverted on the Y axis.. Just a few hours of play and Mun will be bone dry..
  7. Sorry to bother, but how do i know where i am compared to the map, i noticed there's a marker in the assets but its not visible in-game, i reinstaled it atleast t 3 times now, with fresh copy of the game.. I cant seam to get it working.. Or is it just not implemented yet? Thx for your time..

  10. Omg, I like the color code overhaul.. Now i see why are the planets so different in color.. Is it just the lens but are they approx the same distance away from Kerbol.. I was hoping they will be on a wacky inclined orbit..

  14. Most of you probably had that scenario.. Landing back in the days when landing legs were made our of rubber.. -My 1st Mun lander finally there, excited as hell.. and slowly descending..-Not enough fuel to get home, but no problem.. -Slowly descending >5m/s 100m from the surface.. slightly on a clif.. -Sweating like a pack of pigs.. and Bam i land.. for a second.. -Then the legs kick in and the entire 4-5t craft dose a Backflip and lands back on its legs..
  15. I meant, due your high acceleration you reach the max speed at that altitude.. while fighting air and gravity drag u start wasting fuel.. I don't know the proper terminology (English is not my main, nor is advanced rocketry ) but max dynamic pressure might be it, however i'm not 100% .. Hope it clears some things up..

One of the basic formulas i use is:TtW=Thrust / Mass*10 - For Stratosphere flight build rockets witch thrust is 1.5-2.5.. if lower than 1 it wont lift of, if higher than 2.5 you'll reach terminal velocity soon and waste fuel.. - Over 16'000m you can go as high as you want i usually go up-to 5, but not lower than 0.8 or you will have a hard time reaching orbital velocity.. - In Vacuum everything works.. but for the sake of your nerves don't go under 0.33, unless you wanna take a nap while you do a injection burn..   18. Sorry but 100 part rocket? Could we see it? I mean you could probably remove 90% of the craft and still make it to your destination.. Run Full-screen, Reduce the shadow sampling and/or make it dividable by 8..
  19. Yes, but that will need a large powerful rocket, with a lot of Delta V potential.. Probably <30'000.. Hard,Laggy.. but possible..
  20. So since threes much effort for the lava placeholders texture, is it safe to assume that same amount of effort will be put in coding this thing to act like real magma/lava, melt down our unlucky ships that landed 2 cm to close.... or at least it will be hot water?
  21. It caused some wacky physics while in E.V.A. So a simple fix was just removing it.. They are working up to 10x time warp with the physics engine on, not like now that entities are locket to their path and the physics doesn't affect them..
  22. No, not at the moment, they are on the mk2(Slimmer) version, but still need to tweak it a bit.. Now its a bit more proportional to the kerbals that "stay" in it..
