I'm talking about that ones that REPLACE your organs.Not about things that allow blind people see again like normal ones or people born with no arms or so. I personally dislike them,because people with them would be stronger,faster,and or more intelligent,and poor people could not afford them and would do mostly work like cleaning or so. I think it should be banned in real world too.Imagine in the future,rich families have geneticaly perfect children.But poor people struggle from disseases and do physical work for rich just to have something to eat.I would totally ban it today.(and I'm not poor).But I think that something like more arms would be ok.
