@dcube: I took the liberty of making your ship. I haven't made a spaceplane in a while but the Quasar 745-E is very stable, is a great glider, while being a bit hard to control, with some practice it can be AMAZING! Attached is a photo and the .craft

Calling all Kerbonauts! Take part in a KGSS challenge! The KGSS requires a new Magnetic Field Monitoring Satellite (MFMS) to be placed in a geostationary (kerbostationary) orbit around Kerbin. With this satellite, the KGSS can further research and monitor Kerbin’s magnetic field and its activity. With this information, we can and study the effects of the magnetic field on the Mun and Minmus and see if the former and/or the latter contain magnetic materials. Your objective: Build an unmanned launch vehicle that can place a satellite into a geostationary orbit around Kerbin and come back (must be reusable). The launch vehicle can be of any configuration, but the satellite component MUST have the following: Solar Panels, ADVSAS (for computer), and a dish and/or antenna (to send data to our other satellites in Low Kerbin orbit). WAIT! You soon discover that the MFMS satellite has malfunctioned and must be repaired. Your Objective: Build a spacecraft capable of getting into kerbostationary orbit, and then you must rendezvous with the satellite to fix it. Repair Methods: You can put one of your Kerbonauts into EVA mode and stand next to it to “repair†the satellite and then get back to the rocket and return safely to Kerbin. Or, you could use a docking claw mod to simply grab the “broken†satellite and bring it back to Kerbin for repairs. Note: All participants MUST send in a screenshot of the Kerbonaut next to the satellite or the spacecraft with the satellite safely touched down. I can imagine that KSP could be on Steam, but only in Late Beta or the full release (we're in Alpha right now) I think KSP is going fine right now, and think of it. I personally oppose KSP for Steam because: For example, Minecraft is not on Steam, has had no advertising except word of mouth, and It became one of the most popular indie sandboxes of all time. KSP is like that, it has had no advertising except word of mouth, and it is not on Steam, and I believe it will become very popular without Steam, just not as popular as Minecraft (even with Steam) Note: I have nothing against Steam, I think it is a great program, I just think KSP can do fine without it. -Plaatinum Aerospace
