Aside project Milo. I just wonder why so many people are so worry about AI and what it could do if something went wrong. Do you believe that humans can create AI that goes rouge? That situation happened in my country Poland, the guy thinking that the other driver is not legitimate emergency vesicle, given fact it was brand new BMW, he think that it's some rich man imposing VIP/ emergency vehicle, and he was biased toward rich people, so he not given right of the was, but it was undercover cop. He get penalty ticket later, and tried to appeal, but it was rejected later, court told that is better to assume that it's legitimate emergency vesicle, that maliciously try to block it, and bedside Polish Police, Polish national fire service, and Emergency Ambulance Service, allowed to used flasher are also several other Polish agency, Polish Armed Force, Prime-minister, President of Poland, and also foreign diplomat (diplomatic corpse). Court said it's better to assume that better to assume that other vehicle is legitimate user of flasher than obstruct police work or cause diplomatic accident if other vehicle belong to foreign Embassy ;-)

Guy told told that he didn't know that it was genuine police car, he taught that is some spoiled rich guy, thinking he is king of the word, and it was undercover cop, who trying to combat underground racers, with become more common in Poland lately.. I recently read about driver who get penalty ticked for obstructing justice because he blocked way of unmarked police car who used "Emergency vehicle lighting" The unmarked police car was latest BMW models, the driver said Excuse me his word that it's probably some rich ......., or other scum businessman who mounted this flashing light to scare ordinary hard working proletarian Poles. He was wrong the other guy was a cop The driver appealed against the penalty ticked. But his appeal was rejected got 4 penalty points. The court held that even if it the other driver would be a rich man who illegally uses the emergency signals, it is not an excuse for deliberately blocking the lane, and if he had any objections could report the matter to the police.

I have intel Core 2 Quad Q8400, 6 GB Ram and NVIDIA MSI 640 GT 4 GB DDR3. I can not afford to buy a new computer, but I wonder about buying some thing better graphics card Nvidia GTX Series. I wonder if I bought a better graphics card my computer could run, let's take for example "Watch Dogs" or if I could play Rome Total War 2 in full detail:) ?

Sometime ago Polish Parliament introduced new law giving more more privileges to cyclist, for now on cyclist have priority on road, the drivers give them passt on in intersection But many Polish driver openly ignore new regulation, which cause many dangerous accident, and priority for cyclist are on paper only. I read one article on internet that he saved several years to buy brand new car for 40 000 zł and he will not give way for some stupid Hipster( i not know what this term mean) with his bike for 500 zł. Ignoring law of road lead to penalty and possibly losing license (with in Poland is very hard to get due hard testing) causing accident even more and could result in conviction, but i heard that your your legislators considering rolling reverting previous laws that give priority to cyclist on road, because drivers (but not all) are united to disobey this law with cause danger situations on road.
