  3. I like the clouds. It's not realisitc, but it just looks right for the drawing. Also, the sea is generally darker than the land.

  5. The media group is a group of people who make KSP videos and are affiliated somewhat with Squad. As far as I know this includes: HOC Gaming LeGoldfish OperationDX WhiteOwl Scott Manley Streetlamp Production Danny2462 EnterElysium Pleborean Nassault (now he's technically with Squad now, right?) These people generally get the next update of KSP a bit early to make videos about it. Which brings me to Xacktar. Xacktar's videos are as good if not better than Danny2462's videos, and his content extends past just videos. His Kerbals all have individual personalities, for instance.
  6. Why are you not using your hardware from Exploring Apollo Applications Project? I think they looked way better. I do kind of like the new Saturn-1B design.

  8. Problem is the gravity would be the same for all asteroids of all classes. And in real life (or even the KSP universe) they wouldn't have any gravity of measurable prominence.

I feel like this pack emphasizes too much the browns and brass colors, which, while still a major part of steampunk, is supposed to be augmented by grey metals such as steel, with plenty of victorian design features and designs. Also, implementing this plugin would be awesome!
  10. They are the in-game RGUs. Their model was completely changed when released in 0.20. You can get the old pre-0.20 version of the mod on the second post on the thread, but you need to modify the .cfg to get the parts to work properly in 0.23.5. You need to add the }Part brackets and the ModuleSAS and ModuleReactionWheel and what science node it is in.

She did the Skipper, mk2 lander can, some Jumbo-Small adapter parts, HECS probe core, Remote Guidance Units, Cylindrified Monoprop tank, tiny monoprop tank, LV-1R engine, quarter sized small tank, Tiny-small adaptors, 4x small adaptor, giant battery, tiny battery, Radial Xenon tanks, and maybe something else I'm forgetting. (Although the RGUs were heavily remodeled by release. I am using a modified original RGU as a Size-3 Probe Core.)
  12. Short Rant. This is one of the best mods I have ever used. It is the one essential Kerbal mod that I need to have more than any other. ClairaLyrae's absence is quite dissapointing, and I wonder if she'd ever come back to KSP either as a mod maker or dev. Either would be fine. I wish there were more stockalike mods around.
  13. I think it's more implied that the manufacturers use scrap. Jebediah Junkyard and Spaceship Parts Co. May very well use scrap, but Kerlington Model Rockets and Paper Products might even use Paper on some products.
  14. The problem with those wires on the side is that it removes the multipurpose ability of the Service Module. I can't help but think it wouldn't look very good on anything but the Soy-Juice pod, and I hate when mods only have one type of craft that can be re-made.
  15. I joined KSP in 0.16, but played 0.13.3 for about a month prior to that. This brings me to nostalgia. When it comes to game versions, 0.18 is the mid-level nostalgia. This is when the game really started changing.   16. No. You may use it on any upper stages that are not the Saturn V basic. If you want, use it on your Asteroid ship. Just not on the Saturn rockets. You may make a Nova replica and use that. I ought to add Nova to the "optional" section. EDIT: Nova is now one of the optional designs for Step 1
  17. After starting to play this challenge myself, I am going to streamline it a bit. I have removed some missions and compressed Apollo 11, 15, and 18 into one mission. I've also added a few new goals to facilitate this.
