  1. Hi, does anyone know if there is any issues with "Kill H/S" I've always used the keep surf and Kill H/s to create a craft that can perfectly hover if needed. I've returned to KSP and if I try and use this feature now it'll instantly tilt my craft a few degrees after pressing kill h/s even on a craft that is just a few small engines under a tank and then a control probe. In the past this would always perfectly hover and not move at all until it ran out of fuel? It's strange how it'll first now tilt these few degrees and fall into a crash without being able to save it's self Thank you
  2. Anyone had any luck getting the magnet to work in 1.7? (I'm aware this part is no longer supported) Just wondering if anyone had and if they could share how if that was the case. I've been away from KSP for around 2 years and the winch/magnet was always my favourite for making little cranes and crafts that utilised the winch and magnet combo. Thank you, please don't be mad asking about unsuported parts, ya boi just needs his lockdown fix of KSP cranes
  3. Is the improved KJR still around/needed? The link on the first page is 404'ing on me. Would love to be able to get an improved version of KJR if anyone's got it/if its still needed?
  4. Thank you, let me know how it goes and if there is any fix for it if possible. The parts/pack is perfect but the way they bend the further out they get ruins my plans any help is appreciated but understand yous are busy men haha!
  5. Hi, I was wondering if there is anyway to stop the parts bending the further out they get / the more they are. I was trying to make an arm/crane on an older install and was hoping there would be some sort of way that the extenders can still go in and out but stay strong and not bend? I am using KJR. Sorry if this has already been asked 1000x times but I'm just trying to find a conclusive answer. Images: https://imgur.com/a/YwAIR

  7. Hi, bit new to this whole modding stuff so hope I don't ask a stupid question. But i'm trying to make a sort of crawler but every time I start on the runway my craft instantly fly's a few 100 feet up into the air and explodes. I've tried adding more tracks/increasing their size with tweak scale but nothing is helping. I feel this is because the size of my craft as it doesn't happen with smaller crafts. I was wondering if I could edit something in the config to be able to make it so the mole tracks can carry an unlimited amount of weight without this issue.
  8. Worked like a charm, tried using everything apart from the stack connector, just my luck O.o haha! Thanks a bunch man!
  9. Hmmm I'm not sure if I'm just doing something wrong or this mod does not like me... Could somebody explain to me how am I supposed to connect a strut to the winch in the VAB?... I have tried loads of different things but all that happens is the strut does not move but the cable does? Help?! Image showing what I am trying to do: http://tinypic.com/r/2vbuaf5/5 Thanks for any help
  10. Oh okay that explains a lot haha! We did want to have a rover race! If we managed to go outside of this 50km "bubble" you speak of would we be able to then see each other and like crash into each other etc?... Also does anyone know if there is a way to reduce this bubble cause having to go 50km away in a rover may take a while haha!
  11. Wondering if anyone can help me? I set up a sever for me and my friend just to play around on and we both could join with no worries. We both built our rovers but when then launching we cannot see each other? Does anyone have any idea on how to fix this? Thank you for your time.
