For those who have asked, that warp core mug is up on redbubble since I wanted to send a few as gifts to friends. I've decided to go ahead and start with the Agents of SQUAD comic first. It will be a small one, a dozen pages perhaps, introducing the world a bit and starting the chain of events that caused Kerm to change into Kerboom. It will be told from the perspective of Agent Maxwell, as his team goes undercover to track down mysterious objects that have appeared on Kerbin. This will be my first actual comic, so it will be pretty rough as I figure out how to do it. Lessons learned from this will help with the Kerbal Heroes stories to follow.

Still building characters and locations. I'm thinking I should make a short comic to start, just an introduction to the world, using Agents of SQUAD characters that leads up to Kerboom. Taking a break for a bit though to make some Christmas gifts!

I scribble ideas a lot, then pick one and create it over and over in several iterations till I get something that fits the style I wanted for the story. It can take hours, days, or weeks. For this design specifically, I looked to the SHIELD and CIA logos, the AXE Cop logo, even the secret police logo from LEGO Movie.

I'm still figuring out how the rocket magnets will be produced. So in the meantime, something different... I Heart KSP - red heart I Heart KSP - green styles

Nice! Although as stated above, it's missing more lens flares...oh, and a giant red ball.

Opting for magnetic sheets similar to the approach Minecraft did with theirs. Largest size I found that can be purchased by print-on-demand is 3"x5". These are thicker than printable magnet sheets, but still can be cut. The size allows for various numbers and layouts of parts, as seen in the mockups below.

Finally got the magnet samples. They look good, but I think the corners are too sharp to be kid friendly. I will be looking for a vendor who can do safer, more rounded corners, and probably in the smaller 1" or 1.5" range.

Thanks. Glad you like them. I do have more art in the works, so there are more shirts coming. As a side note, I wouldn't considering anything I've done as better or worse, just a different style, as I can't use their artwork. I'm sure Squad will have more merchandise coming.

Ah. I can't say I'm familiar with that image. Sorry to say I already have a huge backlog of artwork to get through. Maybe someday.

You mentioned doing a version of an artwork that had a prism. I don't recall having anything like that though. Which artwork are you referring to?

The best place, if you want to create more than one artwork, would be to create your own thread. The second best place is in the Fan-Art Mk II thread that is stickied at the top of the fan works page.

Thanks! Unfortunately, the SRB design is a custom shape and I'm still working on getting it produced in a way it won't be such an expensive product. I'm afraid all I have of the design at the moment is the printed mug version. Is this a version of the mug you are referring to or another artwork?
