I'm using KSP 1.3. Not sure if it's the update to the game or if it's other mods that I'm using, but removing the three stock antennas from the GameData/Squad/Parts/Utility allowed the game to run.

Fresh KSP install, KW Rocketry is the only mod. I don't have CKAN; I'll try it.
Edit - Don't know what CKAN does differently, but that made it work. It's more convenient anyway.
Loading screen keeps getting hung up on this component. I'm using KSP 1.3 and the most recent version of the mod. KSP tells me that the mod is incompatible with 1.3. When I download the standard install I'm prompted to replace files when I select a power response config. That doesn't happen when I use the other one. Both of them get stuck in the same place.
I did delete all the previous KSPI folders, and the files you mentioned are present. I'm going to try a fresh install of KSP and see if the problem persists.
I have the .dll file; is there supposed to be more than that? I was using v.13 and I had the enhanced seismometer but not the extended science tree, but with the update it's the other way around.
I'm getting the stock seismometer functionality but not the enhanced impact mode. Record and collect don't show up in the right-click menu for the seismometer.
I'm having an issue with the dome-shaped ISRU. I can't get it to attach to anything using its bottom node. It snaps to position like it should attach, but it stays colored in red and never actually attaches. Only the radial node works. Is there something I can change in the part.cfg to fix this?
Something is wrong with the 3.75 meter fairings. When adding a nose cone, if put it at the inboard position I can set symmetry to any number from 2 to 8 (when it should go to 3 automatically) and only one segment shows up. If I use the outboard position (the one that leaves gaps between the fairing thirds) then symmetry works properly. This happens with the file on Spaceport as well as the Mega download at the beginning of the thread.
