They actually do tell you their progress on a regular basis. They tell you what they've been working on and usually some of what they've had issues with in the weeklies.

After 1000+ hours of game time, I finally tried MechJeb.
shadowsutekh replied to Voculus's topic in KSP1 Mods Discussions
Alrighty then. This spiraled downward exactly like I thought it would, and I warned I would close it when it went down the path of previous ones. KSP is a single player game and nobody has the right to tell others how to play, nor what mods to use. KSP is what you make it. Edit: thank you to those in the thread who avoided the usual issues so prevalent in mechjeb threads. -
So everyone's said their piece and SpaceXray said he's *not* leaving, and with that decision, the thread has no active purpose. Have fun on the rest of the forums.

After 1000+ hours of game time, I finally tried MechJeb.

FYI we watch threads like this. Don't tell someone else how to play their single player, and follow the forum rules Both sides have merits, but as soon as this devolves into "He uses mechjeb but I demand everyone play manual flight" argument it's getting closed. Also ScopiusAurelius, lol at the Linear B. -
Moved to add on affairs. Feel free to keep discussion going!

Best energy alternatives to stop global warming
shadowsutekh replied to AngelLestat's topic in Science & Spaceflight
We're not here to be fact checkers. We're here to keep the forums friendly. Additionally religious discussion especially used as some sort of insult or analogy is not permitted here. If you have issue with the actions taken by a moderator, you are supposed to take it up with them, or a global mod in PMs. We discuss such things with each other as they come to our attention. If you read the rules, we have one covering this situation: -

Wow these are great! It's been fun to watch your work progress and develop and expand. -
[0.90] Kerbin Shuttle Orbiter System v4.13

Congrats on getting the widebody released! -
You realize the SFR is inaccessible due to spaceport being taken down right?

Let's give SQUAD our point of view.
shadowsutekh replied to tntristan12's topic in KSP1 Suggestions & Development Discussion
People have never been banned over suggesting multiplayer. Threads closed yes but not for any form of censorship. It was made very clear that multiplayer was on the "what not to suggest list" with indications that it wasn't a no or never, but a "not right now" thing, though obviously things have changed regarding that topic. -
Yeah. This isn't a google picture war, so be careful with how much you push the limits.
-
Or I'll show no quarter.

I've already had to delete a few posts. If the moderators see posts considered trolling/flamebait or off-topic argument over mechjeb which has been done over and over with the same points, they may be removed, and users warned or infracted as the situation demands. That said, you're welcome to discuss the questions posed in the original post but tread lightly, it's a slippery slope.

Engine balancing issues in ARM?

That's not how version numbers work... -
This isn't a chat thread please don't devolve it to one.

Thanks Karolus, for I am one of the lazy

Don't start a mechjeb vs. anti-mechjeb argument. This argument has been done way too many times before and there's been nothing new added to either side. Any further argumentative postings past my warning will be subject to removal and/or further moderation by me or other members of the forum staff.

LLL - Lack Luster Labs - Development Thread
shadowsutekh replied to Lack's topic in KSP1 Mod Development
Sweet! I'm glad you are finding things to expand into outside just LLL! -
In the future, please pay attention to the rules. I see a lot of off topic posting as well as reaction images. This thread is not for either. Also refrain from speculating about bac9's life. He is not obligated to log in nor update the mod. Do not violate any licenses involving this mod either. FORUM RULES I should have edited this months ago, but visit the new official thread by bac9 here

[0.90] Kerbin Shuttle Orbiter System v4.13
shadowsutekh replied to helldiver's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
Sorry to hear that I really enjoy seeing the things you've come up with. I hope that the memory stuff gets fixed sooner than later myself. Long term though, how long does that mean you'll continue to support and update/improve your (awesome) shuttle? -
[0.90] Kerbin Shuttle Orbiter System v4.13

Alternatively you can copy the docking port file, and open the config in the duplicate and change surface attach off. That way only the problem docking port doesn't have surface attach. -

Spaceport is overloaded with people downloading. The file itself is fine. -

I'm talking about the little ones, not the main engines. -
[0.90] Kerbin Shuttle Orbiter System v4.13

They are by default or so they say. But even with that, it just wants to flip over and over and I can't actually seem to get it into orbit. -

What's a good way to use the OMS without flipping end for end. It's driving me crazy.
