PSA about windows update in Windows 10: Windows Update now has a feature that shares updates you download through the internet, it's P2P file sharing which can use up your internet bandwidth by seeding update files to other windows 10 computers. I recommend you turning this off to avoid bandwidth issues. From the start menu: >Click "Settings" >Click "Update and security"> "Windows update"> "Advanced Options"> "Choose how updates are delivered" and set this slider to OFF:

01010111 01101001 01101100 01101100 I like that my name can be shortened to such few letters. Although It's not quite as short as "Bob", "Bill" Or "Jeb".

Also update your graphics drivers, if changing the screen resolution through windows still gives you black bars, check your graphics settings and looks for a setting called "Overscan", "gpu up scaling" "aspect ratio" ect.

Yes, open Command Prompt as an administrator, then type "wuauclt.exe /updatenow" and hit enter. Make sure windows update is open or running when you do this.

Looking for a Mod that allows submersibles
ZedNova replied to ZedNova's topic in KSP1 Mods Discussions
Yes i have, and it's perfect for some of my light patrol ship designs, but the bitts (Which hold 5 tons of water to make you sink down) aren't enough to make me go down no matter how many i use and fill. -
Hello. I'm looking for a mod, that adds parts or a plugin that would allow for submersibles. I've looked around and can't seem to find any that are updated. I've already looked at hooligan labs and the submarine add-on says it's broken and there is no download link. Also would be interested in a camera mod that allows you to look around while underwater, currently the camera gets locked when you dive below the surface. I'm currently using BetterBuoyancy for better water physics.

Is there any chance you could get the submarine addon to work? I'm currently in need of a mod that would allow me to submerge a vessel.

That depends on the part count of your vehicle and mods, so it's really hard to determine your exact FPS. Probably over 60 for most vehicles around 100-170 parts.

Maybe wax vapor or methane if the drainage pipes were disconnected? Was there any dust, cleaning solutions ect nearby? EDIT: Or maybe someone is fracking nearby and ruining your groundwater

What if i make an accompanying poem?

I'm pretty sure future us will need this. 5 years is pretty short even for a personal time capsule.

It's not that hard to bypass parental controls, whether it's a filter through a router, or software on a client. They are usually half-assed solutions that are so easy to disable or run around it's laughable. It's especially easy if the person enforcing the parental controls has no idea how to configure them so it's harder to bypass. Example: The parental control software "NetNanny" can be disabled by removing it from the startup, and removing 2 files in the system32 folder which are unprotected.

Yes, i love computer hardware reviews and the random stuff he does.

I like installing 90 mods that just change how the grass looks.

Oh, that's disappointing. Good thing i uninstalled daemon tools lite a year ago, I've been using WinCDEmu since then.

Planetary Annihilation: what are YOUR thoughts, KSP Community?
ZedNova replied to Souper's topic in The Lounge
It's okay. There are some cool moments to it, but not worth $60 moments. -
Personally i would not recommend homeschooling unless it will truly benefit you and not impact you or your family too negatively. For me it was a bad experience, maybe because the curriculum always inserted heavily biased religious and creationist garbage. "Bible says this so it's true, don't listen to the 'experts' they can't see the light " sort of crap. Because of that most everything i learned about human reproduction, and science in general was through the internet. (Not bashing religious people, this is just what happened to me) I was left out of the social interactions you will get in a typical HS, sure i never got bullied, but i was shy and socially awkward till around 17. I have about 3 actual friends that i ever hang out with, and i only met them because of my mom's friends. (although the small number of friends i have doesn't bother me, i don't have alot of energy for social stuff anyway) Also things to consider, in the US unless you are being homeschooled through an online program, you will likely have to get a GED after completing your curriculum. It doesn't hold as much weight as a HS diploma, but it will substitute as one in 90% of circumstances such as jobs and most colleges, some states (Such as Nebraska) give state-issued HS diplomas to GED graduates because of the massive amount of homeschooled kids here.

They skipped 9 and went with 10, for many reasons, Nein, bad luck numbers, and old code in 3rd party applications.
-
Yeah i'll be upgrading to it. If KSP doesn't work well on it that's something SQUAD might have to fix.

Not if those photosynthetic organisms are dying from increased temperatures, abnormal weather, or changes in the Oceans pH level due to melting glaciers, acid rain ect. There are many other effects you are overlooking here, climate change is a very complex phenomenon.

Has anyone taken a close look at Microsoft's Privacy Policy?
ZedNova replied to kenbobo's topic in The Lounge
Don't use Microsoft services then. Data harvesting is so widespread, you basically need to disconnect from the internet to avoid any of your data being collected. Just by viewing this thread, you are allowing data to be collected. Your ISP, the server this site is hosted from, your browser, any ads, plugins ect in the webpage are all collecting information from you. My question is, how are you supposed to avoid this?
