This is more a "who has the best computer?" challenge than a real one.

Laythe has a thinner atmosphere, and turbojets are a lot more efficient there.

You need to use the turbojets, there not good at low altitudes, but at higher altitudes there is less drag, and plus, when you run out of fuel, you are already at a high altitude and can glide for a long period of time.

You can't set a part to use a massless fuel, like electricity without it also using a fuel with mass. Otherwise, it doesn't have a mass to use in the specific impulse equation. You will have to set it to be an intake, and use intake air, or make your own custom resource, like in Firespitter.

Lol, he said 69. Also, this appears to be a common issue, but a lot of the time, when someone has issues with docking, they just say "I can't dock", without specifying what there issue is.

The budget isn't 20 billion, its more like 10. Its to the point all NASAs pr was canceled. It makes more sense to either disband it, merge it with the Air Force, or just do some other things, like a probe return from Mars, with samples, or a Titan probe, and just maintain the Iss. The only hope for NASA is if China started building a moon base, or something along those lines, and the government felt compelled to beat them.

Judging from your post count, and lack of pic, I assume you're a steam noob. Don't go to Eeloo first, its too hard to do if you you can't do other things first. Try a Mun landing, Duna landing, some probes to Jool. Besides, Eeloo is going to be a major disappointment if you don't really know what you are doing, and spend so much time trying. Try Eeloo after you have at least done a Duna return, and an lko station.

If you're a engineer person, you need mechjeb. If you're a pilot person, you don't need mechjeb. I'm an engineer person.

I have noticed that lots of people are complaining about extreme lag, and when asked for specs, they are on a laptop. Expecting Ksp to work on a laptop is like complaining that you Ps2 game won't work on your Xbox 360. So, what are you on? Edit:I am on a laptop, and have so how managed to put up with extreme lag.
