  1. Seated position is temporary, just waiting on more programming. This is just a little part of the mod and not such a high priority compared to the rest of it
  2. No, it's a Jet pack, so needs an atmosphere to work the rocket pack from a later quest will have a helmet however
  3. Give it another half hour or so just set the upload and heading off for the night

  9. It's still in development, and its a quest item you'll receive for finishing chapter 1 of quest 1, our initial release. Won't be useable unless you complete the short quest line.   10. Welding a seat in wont work, and won't solve the problem. You'll need to model a custom seat (or use the stock seat model if you can get your hands on it to add it to your own) then code the seat into the cage in unity. We did this for the KerbolQuest jetpack, as well as using the extended seat code Razchek is working on to increase seatbelt strength.

  12. Looks like I'm back on the market looking for at least one writer that can help with creative storyline writing. The three that had joined don't really have enough time to be part of a full time project like this one. So, someone that can be around for up to two hours a day on Skype chat for two to three days a week to discuss story boarding and new quest lines. Also someone with some creative ideas for props and textures for some of the quest scenes and buildings would be helpful!

Part of the plugin work being done is to counter the little "incident" during the landing. Still being worked on along with more than you can imagine

  16. i think I only gave One other +1 since I gave you yours? or possibly not even another one. I've been less active on the forums since we started working on KerbolQuest a couple weeks ago.

  18. Without giving too much away, the first chapter of the first quest will be focused on collecting parts to build this. Not parts from the assembly buildings. There won't be any quests that require you to build a Specific rocket, however since this is a space game many of them will be off world, and you'll need to be able to do various tasks wherever the quest line sends you. The more of those tasks you can complete with the things you brought along the faster you'll progress. I've been a heavy MMO player since UO, and have decided to model at least the first couple of quest lines the same way many of the other mmo's I used to play did. (Not the mob grinding bits..... For now...)
  19. Its plugin powered and it's written into Kerbtown's dll. There are currently no plans on releasing it(them) as a stand alone item(s) they are incentive to play the quests through! (They are non functional until you actually Earn them,, also built into the plugin)
