Lets not forget that Kethane is a gas not a liquid (isn't it??) so what these detectors are picking up is distortion a in the light reflected off the surface. Through various scientific formulas those distortion a are used to determin the composition of the gas leaking from the surface. The map shows you where it has determined that it is Kethane. If you think a gas pocket located less than a meter below the surface Isn't leaking, then you must also believe it is an underground storage facility placed there by some other race to just keep it safe Heck, we can tell from Earth what some planets in nearby solar systems have in their atmosphere. It would be much easier from 100-200km away I would think. -

Don't touch them. Leave everything in the Kethane directory and put that in the GameData folder -
Don't throw the L word around on the forums. That's how you get threads locked and mods that have been around for a while deleted.

Lol not me I only know its possible because I've been pm'ing Raz. I know nothing about programming or modeling, I'm more of an idea man LOL i can tell you he's planning on putting out a few more demo-type releases to show some more of the capabilities, in the hopes that once people see the basics they can take it from there. After all, this plugin is ultimately for the user base to upgrade the Kerbol system

A Reusable Laythe Fuel Tanker

My Laythe base gets its fuel from Vall. Its much easier to land on and take off from -
We need people to test out scripted events Make a building with an elevator platform that takes you to the roof when you step on it. Once that's done, make a building that has a space elevator that goes all the way to space when you step on its platform Make a drive in theater, parking lot with a big LightSwitch plugin powered screen that actually plays a YouTube channel or some other online media type A sky car or ski lift type cable car that takes you from the KSC to a lodge in the mountains north of town. A monorail to the other side of the continent that leads to a cruise ship that leads to another monorail all to the other Space Center. All activated via proximity when you board them. Anything that can move and influence a kerbal is pretty much possible

Also too much mono propellant and not enough Kethane storage! Kethane doesn't need fuel lines it routs itself like monoprop, so you can add more tanks wherever it's convenient. I'm not familiar with that blue monoprop tank at the back but I assume its O2? Will you need that much between the ground base and station in orbit? Or is that to bring it up to convert it?

More than one dish doesn't do anything for memory or crash frequency. Even crafts with just a GPS on board are 10x more likely to crash on me. I don't know what it would be like just running stock+isa but the number of mods I consider indispensable is quite short, and with isa running at the same time I can only play for 30-40 mins at a time.

Sadly this is also why I had to stop using it far too many game crashes and freezes while running it

Ion engines won't do a spectacular job at it honestly. They will help but their thrust is so low you may as well just add a little more weight instead. On The Mun anyhow. On a little piece of sand like Bop this idea works much better as long as you have the power to run them. Solar panels are half as efficient out there, and twice as effective on a moon like Ike.

Yeah same here. I'm more interested in learning to model now than actually play. Especially since we're losing the saves. Working in a 1-seater hover chair right now just for fun, and because its small and simple to learn with -
