    Looks pretty good, except that it takes roughly 4500 delta v to get off of Kerbin, whereas it is currently listed 1000 delta v. (Unless I'm reading something wrong, which may very well be the case.)

    Although that's partially true, we really shouldn't have to come up with these abnormal/unrealistic ladder climbing mechanisms just to make a Kerbal get on top of something. The climbing mechanic should be fixed. Well actually, if the CoM was above the wheel, wouldn't it still work?
