Asteroids are on rails, like any other object outside of rendering range. It's just that they don't make full orbits until you capture them. If an asteroid is not tracked and goes for a planet - it just disappears when it reaches it. You have to be tracking an asteroid to see it, then you have to be in its render range to actually have physics interact with it. Otherwise it will just continue on it's path and disappear.

Any idea why the clouds are deleted each time I exit my game? Not only when I start KSP anew, but the moment I exit my career save, on the initial game menu - the clouds are gone. I have to go and click Alt+N -> Advanced(because no other options appear, not even Layer) -> Reset to Default. Then the clouds are back. -

Nazari, any ETA on when are your configs going to be updated to work with the latest releases of SmokeFX, there have been quite many changes to the plugin. I, for one, am considering removing Hotrockets until it is fixed. Dotted smoke and engine flame trail conforming to velocity trajectory, instead of to engine emission are defeating the point of having an FX mod which doesn't actually work well. -
It means that if I want to use the latest when it comes to the advancements of SmokeFX, I will have to rely on Nazari to update HotRockets...well.. And yes, with Dev 4 applied on top of the latest release of HotRockets all the effect go wild - dotted smoke on SRBs, engine fire disappears at some altitude only to reappear once you enter vacuum at 70 km, engine fire trail still conforms to velocity indicator...

Is the Fade Out thing new? At the moment of crossing the cloud layer a large perfectly circular hole forms around my craft. I was wondering if I can disable this and if Fade out option is related to it? -

I am using the Astronomer's pack, as suggested in your op. I was under the impression it uses 8k textures and that they shouldn't get so low-quality when compressed by the standard version of your texture compression mod. -

I have a problem - Toolbar seems to have 2 instances running. https://www.dropbox.com/s/xc46vjp9btdrnul/Screenshot%202014-03-15%2022.24.37.png I have tried searching my Game Data folder - there is just one toolbar.dll, and just one 000_Toolbar folder(aside from the secondary 000_Toolbar) in BoulderCo.

As people explained to you already - what you see as "new page" is not new page for many many people. Everyone uses different settings. On the contrary, for me, for example, your post is about the 20th post on page 104. And this thread is now redundant. All discussion regarding the mod can go in the fixed mods thread. Everything I've read in the last few pages is just ridiculously offtopic and I wonder why do the mods tolerate this. Each time I see it updated in my Subscriptions page I get the idea Bac9 posted something and people are talking about it. However I soon found out all that is posted is useless banter and disputes. I am reporting the thread. Hopefully I won't be alone in this and it will only be unlocked as per Bac9's request, not some 14 year old wanting to generate forum posts.
