Which one looks nicer; new Mk1 cockpit or old one
Rainbowtrout replied to Falkenherz's topic in KSP1 Discussion
I like the new one. Fits with the others really well. -
With the WiiU edition announced, a console subforum with a general area, and some subsubforums (like International) for each console would make me happy. That is if it were up to me.

What are the weirdest dreams you've had?
Rainbowtrout replied to windows_x_seven's topic in The Lounge
Last night's dream stood out a bit. I was with my friends (and some unrecogniseable people) in Belgium (Flanders), and it appeared to be some sort of group holiday. We went on a metro system to some old buildings with a large glass building a bit further on. While one of my friends was talking to some women (Trying to start a relationship, quite unlike that friend in real life ) Two friends and I went to the glass building, and it had a lift/elevator. (I do not like lifts.). We went into the lift, but it was suspended by a bungee cord (I failed to notice that.), so when it stopped, it wold bounce around a bit. So we went in the lift, and when it almost reached a platform, my friend said 'Oh, I hate this bit.', and the lift went up, and went upside down. Well, almost. When the top of the lift was nearly facing the ground, the dream ended, and I woke up. The end. -
Your avatar is cute.

Yeah, Barbie Dreamhouse Party is an excellent game. I remember KSP being released on steam. It was still quite obscure then, but now you just need to look in the scientific areas of the internet to find it.

Well I suppose slapping strangers that jump the line in shops relieves stress, and is satisfying.

I never expected to become a moderator. One day though, I just decided 'Hey! I could do this!'. So I applied, and now I'm allowed to slap people. It's affected my forum life positively in terms of posting. Before I joined the team, I had about 200 posts in about a year of being on the forum. Then surprise, 800 more in just over that about of time. I also think that being a moderator has generated a reputation centered around obscenely large mudkip gifs. This gets me Regulated Epic Points (REP), and +internet points for pokemon > -internet points for uncontrollable slapping. tl;dr, I didn't expect to be a moderator when I signed up.

When did you get repped for the first time?
Rainbowtrout replied to Columbia's topic in Kerbal Network
I got my first rep for my avatar in May 2013 (I think). Said avatar was not a mudkip. -
Will this work with steam no problem?
-
I like it, but I've only got a few hours on it. It's quite resource-intensive as well, so be careful what you play it on.

The MK 1 Lander Can will always be my favourite. It looks quite cozy.

The KSP Forum Plays Europa Universalis IV

Only if Papa Poland lets them have seconds. -
Very pretty. My best build is... A small dirt shack? I prefer KSP, but sometimes Creative Singleplayer is a great canvas for creativity.

The KSP Forum Plays Europa Universalis IV

I will get around to rivalling those filthy spaniards-but-not-quite-spaniards-that-steal-italy. That's a good idea. I'm trying to do that in my Italy game. I'll give it a go, but no promises! -
The KSP Forum Plays Europa Universalis IV
Rainbowtrout replied to Rainbowtrout's topic in The Lounge
As I don't have Common Sense, I can't upgrade to an empire. But when we reach 1,000 development, I'll start calling the leaders by the appropriate title. Who should we rival? Should we eat Ragusa before Venice gets to her? EDIT: Forgot to turn on ironman -
Hello queens and kings, let's play some EU4! For those unaware of this amazing game, Europa Universalis IV (Often shortened to EUIV/EU4) is a grand strategy game (fourth in it's series), developed by Paradox! You control a nation of your choosing (Or creation, with the El Dorado DLC) and lead it through the turbulent times of the Early Modern Period (Specifically 1444-1821), and can do many things, ranging from diplomacy to trade to conflict to colonialism, and most things in between. I've been playing for a good 320 hours, so I know my way around the game. The (gameplay) DLCs that I will be using are: Conquest of Paradise Res Publica Wealth of Nations Art of War El Dorado Women in History No Common Sense, as I do not have it. *cries* This thread is inspired by this really cool thread. So now the first question: Who should we play as? I'm thinking a custom nation. What should we call it? What religion should it be? Where should it be? What should it be focused on? The flag? You decide (almost) each and every move! Le Tiny Print: Updates happen when I choose to. This game is being played alongside my Milan-Italy-Roman Empire Borders run, so progress may be slow. This will be my first time playing on ironman, so please don't mess up the directions too much! Please no OPMs in desolate areas, please no overly OP nations.

Satoru Iwata, president of Nintendo, has passed away
Rainbowtrout replied to SkyRender's topic in The Lounge
I played a lot of Nintendo games when I was younger. RIP Iwata. -
Your username will be envied by future forumers as "That cool name that I can't believe no one else took before. Like seriously".

This is my new flag. A black cross on a yellow background, like the Nordic countries.

We all feel down from time to time. Sometimes a swift kick to the rear end is enough to make it better. Other times an internet hug from strangers helps. In this thread you post compliments to the poster above you to make their day that little bit nicer. I wouldn't call this a forum game, but if enough people do, I'll push it over. Imaginary Post #0, your hair looks fabulous.
