  1. That flag looks like Iron Maiden's "Eddie" kerbalized. Am I right??
  2. Copied my save file over and all is good. Every flight and ship I made is still there. Had no mods or plugins to begin with, so I avoided any problems in that department. Thumbs UP for SQUAD, a flawless update.
  3. First thing I did was move my save file and it is working perfectly. All flights from .19 are still there. And then I checked to see the graphics improvement by looking at the Kerbin polar caps from my orbiting satellite and there is a noticeable improvement. I am liking everything about this update. Common sense told me to hold off on mods for now to avoid problems with future updates, and apparently I did the right thing. Thumbs up SQUAD, keep up the good work.
  4. Fantastic! I have had absolutely zero problems so far with this update. Common sense told me to hold off on mods and I apparently avoided problems by doing so. Moved my saved file with no problem, everything I saved in .19 is working in the update. I like everything about the improvements. The graphics are looking better from orbit. Really noticed a difference in the polar caps of Kerbin from orbit. Only thing left to say is "Keep up the good work SQUAD".
  5. Getting an orbit around that place was enough for me. Maybe try a landing later on.
  6. Good job on the Apollo 11. Especially liked the camera views on staging. And the James Webb Space Telescope is very realistic looking. Your link to this mod for the JWST from the YouTube page isn't working. Says "no thread specified". I just searched the forums, the SpacePort, and then Google and can't find the J.K.S.T anywhere. Can someone direct me to where I can find this mod?
  7. I tried the demo last month for a couple hours and was instantly hooked. Now I own it and this is all I play now. Everything else is collecting dust.
  8. Congrats on the Jool expedition. I'm another one who loves the look of the back of that probe. I just sent a small sat to Moho and it took alot more to get there than I thought. I ran out of fuel twice. But I'm there. And that completes the inner planets and moons. Now, off to the outer planets starting with Duna. I'm putting sats in orbit around every moon and planet. I'll attempt some landings later.
  9. It did take a long burn at the encounter to get an orbit. That's where I failed before, had an encounter but ran out of fuel trying to get orbit. And this time I had just enough to make it. I have read several other posts stating that this is the hardest one to reach.
  10. After 2 failed attempts (out of fuel within sight of Moho) and about 3 more fails getting to Kerbin orbit with extra fuel but not enough thrust, I finally got a sat in orbit around Moho. My current goal/project is to get a satellite in orbit around every planet/moon. This completes the inner planets/moons. Duna is next. The launcher that finally got me to Moho Moho Orbit Moho Sat
  11. Maybe happening during autosave? See this thread. Its worth a read. http://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/showthread.php/28045-Settings-config-file-AUTOSAVE_SHORT_INTERVAL-5-is-for?p=356600#post356600
  12. You don't have to have a PayPal account to buy KSP. If you have debit card you can click on PayPal payment option, and it will give you other payment options.
  13. Hey, patience paid off, it works, and your numbers guesstimate was pretty accurate too. Puts some lights on this thing and it'll look like the Kerbal Carnival is in town.
  14. Like this person did? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gc9rP-gV_j4
  15. Here is another idea for capturing and deorbiting more than one piece of debris per launch. Its a bit long, but successful. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gc9rP-gV_j4
  16. I looked at the video and I don't think your accelerating fast enough to show much. It did jump to 1.03 a couple times. I've never used this accelerometer, but I'd say a good test would be to launch a rocket with one of these attached somewhere, like on a Stayputnik satellite. That will tell you if the thing works at all.
  17. Maybe direction of fuel flow on a couple fuel lines.
  18. Glad you shared that one. I just relived the landing, wow, just great.
  19. Maybe this is just a typo on your part and you meant to say red. (Or a big misunderstanding on my part)But as I've understood it from reading alot of posts on here, that red indicates lag and yellow is normal.
  20. Hello Frankie of the Jersey Shore. I too have only had it for a few weeks and am loving it. It has taken the place of the other games I played, minecraft and F1 2011. They are sadly collecting dust in the corner.
  21. I remember seeing this on some show and it clicked with me when you mentioned the paintings using moon dust. Can't remember offhand which veteran it is.
  22. Another thank you for this explanation.
  23. Good stuff. I had never heard of this one until now. I just may add it to my small movie collection. Thanks.
