Great job I flew past Urlum then did a 10.9 m/s manuever to flypast Neidon. It would have worked fantastically but when I timewarped out of Urlum-orbit I lost my close Neidon encounter, but I still got within a couple million km. Two things I think you could improve on. 1. Better Plock. It's really silly you just re-used the Vall texture when you have done such fantastic work on the rest of the textures. 2. Atleast 1 moon for Urlum and Neidon, else they are just eye-candy and have no purpose.

I was wondering about survivability if a plant was introduced onto Mars. I don't mean a highly adapted bio-changed something or other, and I don't mean a tree, but could I plant a rose on Mars? It would meet the requirements of carbon dioxide (definitely) and sunlight (for the most part) for plant growth, and if one could set up a watering device I think that might work? I wonder if an Antarctic fern or some plant used to very cold climates might do well. Maybe it could survive the cold temperatures better and could utilize the water ice for its own sort of water like some plants found down there. Of course I'm not considering magnetic radiation or soil types, but what do you think about this?

I was switching from a Duna mini-lander that had landed to an equatorial Duna satellite when the game crashed. I presume my memory had ran out, so I went back to turn the game on again and went off to use the bathroom. I came back to this... (the mini-lander) I was confused and kinda creeped out, so I clicked the exit button on KSP. KSP didn't close, but that weird block thing disappeared as well as the shadow and lights. I decided to just go into my save, and watched it load. When it did load, I got a "Craft Loading Error" on every single ship I had, not including flags or kerbals on EVA. The parts were all generic like solar panels, etc, and they varied. It was really, really weird. I clicked through R&D, expecting most parts to be missing, but from what I saw most were there. My debris was still loaded into the game from earlier. I went then to the tracking station where I confirmed everything but flags and kerbals on EVA (one Kerbal on Eve) were missing. I selected a flag on the north pole of Kerbin placed earlier, which loaded OK, then hit F9 to try and load my quicksave from when the Duna mini-lander was ~30 seconds from landing on Duna. Instead, all I could see were Craft Loading Errors, every one of them back again. I clicked through them all and I realized an asteroid was what had been selected. It's a Class B with an encounter with Kerbin in about a year, but it isn't supposed to hit. What's really unusual is that there seems to be the ARM SRB clipped into it. It's not just wiggling, it's literally stuck in there. I try to move it around and timewarp and the SRB stays perfectly fine inside the asteroid. I rarely use that SRB in particular and the only asteroid I've ever been to was for some reason already in a Kerbin orbit. My money and science are missing. This morning I downloaded a Shuttle replica from the forums, and it seemed fine. I tried to move the camera into the terrain a bit when I landed the mini-lander to see if I could see the antennas I had pretended were soil samplers and had stuck into the terrain. (I don't know how that would cause a crash, but thats all I can think of.) I have 64-bit PC but I ran the 32-bit version. Is this common and an easy fix or should I start a new save? Ok, this happened twice now, so I'm reporting it. 1. I was flying a Laythe UAV quickly there but when I went out of timewarp and right into camera view, the wings made a puff noise and on one of them the tail just fell right off. 2. I had just finished putting a probe in Munar orbit and I returned to the Space Shuttle in LKO that I had launched it from, and I heard the familiar 'puff' noise and literally a bit of smoke came up, then all the wings, and the elevons attatched to them, fell right off and went floating into space. This is not acceptable and I would like to know why wings just go 'poof' in orbit. The log says they 'collided with launch pad' but it's in LKO..

I want it to be fun and intuitive, like the rest of KSP. I don't know how to make it fun though.

Back when I first got KSP, I found the whole system fulfilling and satisfying, but like others I quickly exhausted my places to go and became interested in additional bodies. I thought this would be imminent back in 0.18, but 9 versions and minimum changes to all of the planets, I am beginning to wonder what will be done, if anything. Many players consider the system incomplete and I can say near everyone wouldn't mind a nice new place to explore. What do you think? Will SQUAD do this in an expansion pack or later updates, and when do you think they will make a (possible) move? Personally I'm beginning to think they're saving it for an EP.

I haven't made a NASA replica of any kind but I do have a shuttle lookalike I use a lot. As Scott Manley explains, the spaceshuttle was really inefficient and expensive. And it is VERY hard to build in KSP.

I'm launching an ion-powered plane and I plan on dropping little refuelers along the way to bump up it's range. However close I can get these 2 docking ports they never seem to click. I have messed with all the variables with landing gears, wheels, etc, I even feel the magnetism, it just doesn't connect. Any advice?

Just a few days ago I saw a guy whining that the game has been in development for 4 years, so yeah, I feel that to some extent it has been rushed. People who are in favor of taking it slow tend to voice their opinions through realism complaints.

Launched my Bergenâ„¢ Shuttle from a new Kerbal Konstructs launch pad on a tropical island just as a test run. I did 3/4 of an orbit and went to land in the West-of-KSC Desert. Was rather innocent landing spot but I noticed a little black marker while touching down. Ran Hanby over there and it turned out there was a easter egg there! Yay

I find it just wonderful that the game has reached its point. However, I do thing the Beta stage was rushed through. Maybe it's just a matter of numerics and 0.20+ could have been 'Beta' but as an official term I think it was too short. I think that people are overestimating the term 'full release'. Unlike other games people are able to easily download Beta and Alpha KSP and SQUAD has built such a full program to back up KSP through forums, store, etc, that I think the game could easily qualify as a full release. I love that they are finally improving the aerodynamics, better timewarp, refueling, females, and sound, it's just fantastic. I can't wait to get 1.0

Hey (only mods are ScanSat, MechJeb, DMP) So I got this to make a launch pad on the opposite side of Kerbin for greater landing choice in polar orbits, but it's not working so well for me. I installed it by dropping it just like was instructed in the GameData folder, however.. 1. When I go click on the base icon in the upper menu, I get this But when I click on anything, nothing happens. 2. When I go into the VAB or Spaceplane Hangar and click on the base icon, I get this 3. In the tracking station, it looks like this The only thing on there is the 'Round Range' facility, and there are no preview images or interaction whatsoever.

I don't have docking ports this is just a plane I dropped on Laythe that worked somewhat well on Kerbin.

I landed a plane on Laythe, but when I attached it to the rocket in pairs it must have rotated the control point. Is there a way I could rotate it manually, with the debug menu, or with MechJeb? The plane is able to fly at a 90 degree angle but doesnt operate very well at all.
