  1. Not desperate... just cheap, lol. It\'s not *that* big of an issue anyway, and you\'re probably right about the restricted airflow.
  2. Ah, fan filters. I was thinking of those, until I realized that I didn\'t have money to spend on them. I did hear that an old pantyhose can work in a pinch... I\'ll go bug my mom
  3. I don\'t worry about heat... standard idle temps for me are around 96-110 deg. F 8)
  4. The loft we\'re renting while we wait for our house to sell has concrete floors throughout -- great for cleaning, but absolutely horrid for dust production. I need a way to prevent dust buildup inside my computer, mainly to save myself a dusting every now and then. Any tips? I\'ll be looking into seeing if I can rearrange some fans, but what I\'m really looking for is preventing it in the first place.
  5. If you\'re terribly worried about heat, you could try total immersion in mineral oil. Try searching for 'oil cooled pc' to see what I mean. The best part? Totally harmless. Mineral oil doesn\'t have the free electrons to short out any parts, so they\'re safe. It really only affects sticker adhesive. Heck, you can even put a caseless power supply in there. You can\'t put hard disks in though.

I feel like the new UI was an unnecessary step. It\'s like your Start Menu, but pretty-fied.
  7. I am Painis Cupcake. I will eat you.
  8. Whatever the case may be, you manage to seal the airlock and jettison the capsule. As you lazily drift away from the station, you remember that you have a micro meteoroid-sized hole in your left hand. It\'s merely an inconvenience; a few hours of holding it under a grow lamp, and you will have photosynthesized enough light to grow it back. It\'ll have to wait for now. You turn to the other members of the crew, and...
  9. http://kerbalspaceprogram.com/forum/index.php?topic=6702.0 I\'m too lazy to re-post it here, so have a gander at my HyperJet.
  10. This is the first spaceplane I\'ve put up here in a very long time: This is the PhX HyperJet, a three-engined cruiser with landing capabilities, and a decent fuel range. You\'ll need all of the C7 packs to make it work, except Hardpoints, and Epsilon\'s Node. It has good pitch controls, but be warned: full thrust leaves it extremely vulnerable to tumbling, and it is recommended that you keep below 110m/s in the lower atmosphere. Pros: -Good pitch control. -Orbit-capable. -Landable. -Plenty of mounting points for you weapon nuts. -Balances well enough at launch, you\'d think it was by design! Cons: -Roll is just about non-existent. With the current VAB setup we have now, the game does not apply roll to the outer flaps; thus, the weird mini-flap thingies down the middle. -Must be landed VERY carefully, otherwise it may break up, or lose an engine. -No RCS, so all orbital adjustments must be made with the main engines. -Cannot land in water, unless you try to land it sideways
  11. Hey, I liked the Minions. Combine those with the Rabbids, and you\'ve got yourself a pretty good Genuine Imitation Kerbal ©.
  12. Easy. You leave a trail of light, much like in Tron.
  13. Actually, I was making a reference to how all the stock parts are Manufacturer: Found by the side of the road.
  14. So? Adblock and a good antivirus, along with not clicking the ad itself, should keep you safe.
  15. Notice how it\'s only by the side of the road...

  17. Jeez, does she it need eyedrops?
  18. Banned for mis- wait, wrong thread. This is why we should vote for giant robots! The leader of the debate can\'t spell good!
  19. Meh. Either way, I\'m still looking for a solution.
  20. Stock engines don\'t need a decoupler, do they? In fact, I can\'t think of any add-on engine that needs a decoupler to stay unexploded.
  21. This is an alert from the Tautology Department of Tautology, an alert from said department concerning: I\'m winning.
  22. I\'ve been working off-and-on for a while on an engine part. It loads into KSP just fine, but explodes when it loads onto the pad. Putting a decoupler underneath prevents it from exploding. I\'ve checked the collider and scene origin; the collider is bigger than the model by a goodly distance, and the scene origin is neither outside the collider nor less than .1 meters away from it.
