Have all of those mods been updated to version 1.0.5 because if they havent that is most likely your issue. I would remove all mods and add them in 1 by 1 until you find the offending one, also have you checked your memory usage you may simply be running out of memory

I only have the one from 2013 and it uses the cleverbobcat dll which I am not sure works anymore

I use real plume works great and you can tailor it to suit individual needs and its easy to do dont think its been updated yet

I always give it about a week after a release before everything is updated to the new release

Stupid_Chris will get to this in due time he has real chutes to deal with first, new release = 10 days wait while all the modders catch up with the changes and modify

Are all your mods compatible with 1.04 if they arnt I would remove these first, secondly search for the secondary DLL of Ksapi Extensions and remove all of them and get the latest DLL, see how you go with that. If it still crashes backup your current install download a new fresh copy of KSP then move your mods over in groups till it crashes then reveiw the last group that you moved.
