Having reread my statement I realize I wasn't terribly clear on what I was trying to get across. Try configuring a drill, take it to the launch pad, then revert back to the VAB with the vessel. That's when it resets, along with opening a saved pre-configured craft after leaving the VAB. I've been working a refinery using B9-HX parts (it's HUGE, I've stuffed it with a full manufacturing line that will produce everything), when I save it and return to work on it later the entire production line configuration resets to default. -

Is there any way to save the configuration for things like the strip miners and the refinery parts? It is really, REALLY irritating to fully configure a refinery or production craft in the VAB only to have everything reset to default when leaving the VAB even with the craft saved. Really takes the enjoyment out of this mod when I have to reconfigure the entire production chain on the vehicle every single time. -

I think there is something strange with the XLAuger that Bahamuto originally made, when I scale it up to 4x size or larger it complains about not having enough power. I gave it a molten salt reactor scaled up to 5 meters with equally massive thermal generator and radiator, I also gave it a B9 HX sized battery with a huge capacitor to make sure that the reactor wasn't just lagging. My reactor low power standby production was nearly a GW, and the drill reports ~600MW demand well under the low power standby output. Still reports insufficient power. I think it's bugged somehow? Even a 15 meter gas core reactor won't run it.... (There's also a 3.75 meter reactor stuck to the side) -

Hi Roverdude, I have a request. Would you consider making a storage unit that can hold a small quantity of each resource? I find much of my time creating mining craft, and the rest of the supply chain is focused a lot on just configuring storage tanks when I'm pushing everything to planetary storage anyway. It would really be nice to have something that can just handle a very small amount of all the resources to facilitate transfers and keep part counts down. What do you think? -

My memory was incorrect, it is at 30 degrees 57 minutes, a far shallower angle, but still... I submitted this to the issue tracker like you requested, in the meantime, what should I use for beamed power from orbit? This was supposed to be my first beamed power network. -

Do the microwave power transmission parts have field of view limits? I have a deployable phased array on a ground base and a cyclotron with the giant movable dish orbiting at zero inclination at the Mun, the ground base is at about 50ish latitude. I don't seem to be able to get the base to link up to the orbiting power station for some reason and I'm not sure why. The power station is transmitting Ka-band, and I made sure the receiver is set to that as well (though it says X-band as well as Ka-band so I'm not sure what it's set up to work with exactly.) -
Has this mod gone cold?

Hey could some kind soul give me a tutorial on how to use the solar sail with beamed power?? I'm not really sure how it works, what sort of numbers on the thrust output when everything is working correctly should I be seeing? Kottabo did a review just looking at how it interacted with Kerbol. -

Hey folks, I've been trying to install Interstellar Adventure planet pack to no success, every time the game loads with that installed Kopernicus tells me it failed to load as soon as it gets to the main menu. I've tried everything I can think of but nothing worked so far. Here is a zip file of all the things the error message said to include. Hi folks, I'm having an issue getting OPM to load. I did a search for a dedicated tech support thread to this mod and only came up with this, so if there is another thread where my question belongs my apologies. Hey I'm having issues with the 500 series drills and the industrial strip miner. Seemingly no matter how many radiators or MKS Ranger thermal control units I put on my test rigs those two drill units always overheat. I had at one point 16 of the MKS thermal units as well as a tweak scaled radiator able to dissipate more than a gigawatt of heat but even a single 500 series drill with all the separators running will overheat. I went reading the log file myself hoping to find something that might clue me in, it kept referencing that community resource pack could not make configuration files for "part". I discovered that the version I had was very old. I guess one of the sites that hosts files is known for having out of date stuff (Kurse I think?) I updated to the correct version and this solved the problem. -

Still not sure how to provide the logs you need. Been tinkering with some things in the meantime, even the fission reactors don't work right. Radiators from the mod don't radiate any heat at all but ones from other mods do. I haven't a clue what's going on. -

I completely reinstalled the game, deleting all the mods I had in the game data folder so I'm back to a clean installation. I installed tweak scale, heat control, and KSPIE, I am still getting the issue where reactors aren't doing anything like they are supposed to. -

I went to make sure it was in the right spot and it most certainly was. I even reinstalled the mod after deleting the warp plugin folder and I still get that issue. -

I just installed this after getting back into the game after a very long hiatus. I have a fresh install of KSP on Steam, using version 1.9.2. None of my reactors besides the green fission reactor are producing any decent amount of power. When I try to run a thermal turbojet on the magnetized target fusion reactor it doesn't produce even a single kN of thrust, it just says reactor heating insufficient, reduce load blah blah. I did some searching and found the thing about near future electrical, but I never even installed that mod! I don't know what's going on that would cause this to happen.
