AM I the only person who almost did a cartwheel when reading about wheel fixing? You can keep all that other stuff.. I just want wheels that don't have to fine tuned with a microscope ...
Flight console: "Rear left wheel detected off-center .00001 Degrees- Initiating fireworks celebration mode"  (0.o!)

Yes, you were the only person. Rest of us did our cartwheeling weeks ago when it was first announced as fixed.

Hello! I was wondering if it was a good idea to write a book about KSP. I really would like to hear your thoughts and suggestions about this. Thanks!

    No. Bye!

I've not had quite that bug - fortunately. But I have had some stuff a little like it.

First problem has been with EVA too. If I EVA a guy and don't move him on the craft's ladder and hit B then he enters a Schroedinger's Cat state of being both in the craft and out. Both the Kerbal and the craft are uncontrollable. The workaround being to make sure to move the Kerbal about before re-entering the craft.

Second bug is when the CoM and CoL are right on top of each other. As the craft moves and the CoL shifts slightly it can start to hop about the CoM and shaking can start. Workaround is to make sure that the CoM and CoL stay apart no matter the fuel levels. You can display the CoM and CoL in-flight with MJ

    Schroedinger's Jeb bug, lol :D

I don't understand the controversy over the resizing.   It was clearly too small before (and half-buried, to boot), and it's most likely there as a clue to say, "Hey, there might be some odd things here and there-- keep an eye open."  I know that I most likely wouldn't have noticed it in its too-small incarnation if someone hadn't told me about it.

There is no controversy. Just humans being humans. Whatever you do someone will mind.

For a revolutionary idea, maybe they're not mustache-twirling villains who've taken the money and ran.  Maybe it's a lot easier to complain about bugs than fix them.  And maybe it's not something that absolutely needs to infect every single topic.

Well, truth be told, the HarvesteR did sort of ran off :)

So what you're saying is you're artificially padding your KSP time?

    Magic :wink::D

Yes, even if it is not on purpose :) Pointless number is pointless. It doesn't tell you anything relevant, really. So it is not really threadworthy :D

1000+ hours probably translates as "No Kids"

Sometimes it means the kids took over. Best option. :) My 5 year old did play a bit, not hooked yet. Working on it.

Big numbers in my case actually mean I've started playing, had to go away from PC for "just a minute" and came back like 3 hours later when kid finally let me go. :D

I think I've got some 6-800 hours on steam, but for about 3 years I played it without opening steam, so I have no idea where I'm at :(

But does it really matter? :D You had fun, everything else is pointless bragging.

And?  People move on or reprioritize and things change, just get used to it.

Still, this is not same as Pedro the intern leaving the project. This is HarvesteR. This is like Jobs leaving the Apple, Bill Gates leaving the Microsoft... He is the guy with the idea.

Team creating a game is not same as team installing air conditioners, you can't swap anyone out without hurting the team. It seams to me everybody is downplaying this change a little bit too much.

Yes, I understand that HarvesteR got different priorities in his life during these years, but I don't believe the project will go unscratched like they keep saying...

I know, right?  I'm even the original author...

@herbal space program doesn't seem to use it either but, like I said, there is a minority of players around here that actually like the default node editor despite its flaws.  It's intuitive and does its job admirably, despite the imprecision and difficulty using it without panning the camera around awkwardly.

Oh, yeah, I knew there were more reasons I liked you :D That is amazing.
