RCS, reaction wheels (Maybe), winglets, control surfaces, engine gimbals... I love this new SAS. Now I can do my gravity turn without it spinning wildly.

ASAS works fine for me. It uses all of the control surfaces and gimbals on my spacecraft. Picture: (sorry for the big picture ) You can see the SAS using the control surface to try and realign the rocket on the heading. I used the large 2.5m SAS control thing that doesn't provide reaction wheels, so maybe you guys aren't using the SAS modules properly. Also, my launch stage with a Mainsail had the SAS controlling the gimbal perfectly. EDIT: It may be Kerbal engineer redux, but I don't think so.

I remember on the livestream special that lever-arm compensation on translations for RCS would only be available in docking mode IIRC.

You might have been using physical time warp which allows you to use SAS, controls, and many things since you were probably in the atmosphere when your parachutes deployed. See also wiki.kerbalspaceprogram.com/wiki/Time_Warp .

My attempt using a separator with ejection force 2147483647 so the game wouldn't crash. Looks like Ojimak creamed me...

This is one of the best mods ever, but whenever the fairings separate for me they twirl around and collide with my payload Just something to say. EDIT: Oh, saw the update. Hope that fixes the problem
