IMO scientists should boost science by 20%-ish, and engineers should be able to fix solar panels. That's simple enough to implement without changing the game too drastically

I think that if nuclear engines are crashed into Kerbin's atmosphere (despawn inside atmosphere), you should get a reputation penalty, and possibly a fine.

Chatterer uses reverse english and russian, it sounds fine. Use french or english

The only improvement is hearing mission control as they say things rather than a translation. They're just as patronising... They don't get that no non-nerd would actually find a stream (they'd look up "space shuttle launch stream") much less watch it...

I've accepted all the aerial surveys available, roughly 6, and 50% of the sites are in the arctic circle Easy completion I guess... Except my "long range" plane is really unstable. My short range fighter jet is great for long range flying (stable, not much monitoring needed) but the fuel range isn't great.
