Utility/science pack?
Apature rocket science replied to Brevillance's topic in KSP1 Mods Discussions
I have the perfect mod that you are looking for http://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/showthread.php/43839-0-21-Warp-Drive-Space-Solar-Nuclear-Antimatter-Pack-Version-0-3-2-(Alpha) He is a bit of a summary [0.21]Warp Drive/Space Solar/Nuclear & Antimatter Pack - Version 0.3.2 (Alpha) Warp Drive/Space Solar/Nuclear & Antimatter Pack - Version 0.3.2 (Alpha) (Now with Science and Research System!) Inspired somewhat by the boardgame High Frontier, I decided to produce a plugin that would encourage bootstrapping toward the goal of making Kerbin into the centre of an interstellar civilisation. New in version 0.3 Science Laboratory: Generate research points. Research is based on having enough kerbals in the lab as well as your location. Science generates slowly on Kerbin but the further and more interesting locales in which you deploy your science labs, the more science you will generate. Make sure to bring lots of power though, science labs don't run themselves! Upgrade various parts found in this pack using these science points! Nuclear fuel reprocessing: Is your rocket getting too much depleted uranium but doesn't have enough fissionable fuel? That's okay! Just reprocess the depleted fuel into useable fuel. Antimatter factory: Use the science lab's ultra-high power relativistic laser to seperate virtual particles into real matter and antimatter particles at an astounding 1% efficiency! Electrolysis: Convert water into rocket fuel if your science lab is splashed down or convert regolith into aluminium and oxygen for your munar fueling needs! Other: Nuclear Engines can now use liquid fuel and oxidiser to increase their thrust at the expense of specific impulse. Use liquid fuel for optimal specific impulse or use kethane if that floats your spaceship. Added Hybrid Aluminium-Oxygen rocket, yes, it's rubbish but you can refuel it with ease (and a bit of nuclear power)! New Models for nuclear reactors (All credit goes to SpaceK531!) Current Upgradeable Parts (More soon!) Electric Generator: Brayton Turbine ----> KTEC Thermoelectric Nuclear Reactor: Solid Core Reactor ----> Gas Core Reactor (3x power output) Plasma Thruster: Magnetoplasdynamic ----> SECRET -

In one of the updates there was a ksp on the moon, a utuber recorded his adventure there, I think it was HOC but just check one that -
Kerbalnaut Statistics
Apature rocket science replied to KJTheGinger's topic in KSP1 Suggestions & Development Discussion
If you ket ksp on steam you can see how menny hours you have waisted, and I think it would be cool to see a kerbal in listed to kerbal killed ratio, his could be used in career mode when it is released -

They need kerbal s that can drop 50 m and still susvive -
How does a spacecraft know it's in orbit?
Apature rocket science replied to dharak1's topic in Science & Spaceflight
They probably see if the craft is on fire if it is they are not in orbit. -
Hoc gaming did a massive thing about artificial gravity, he manged to created it, but the probblem with it is for example you kick a ball ford it will do a loop de loop and land back down

Hi can I join, apature rocket science has a lot of expereance in collecting data, I have a rocket that fires of probes contains all the science data stuff, my rocket can hold 18 science probes, I think my rocket would greatly help your endeavour. -
KSP'ers new and old, come say hello :D

I used mec jeb to launch me and travel to every planet with out using a single bit of thrust except for escaping orbit, I did it Viking styal sling shooting around every planet, hope to post my trip soon -

Ok next time I will post it o mission reports, thanks for the advice -
My failed moon landing
Apature rocket science replied to Apature rocket science's topic in KSP1 Mission Reports
Sorry I was unable to upload the photoes, the rocket crashed on impact the rockets came off all kerbal s susvived the rover was dropped from about 100 m when I ran out of fuel and knew I would crash, I flipped it upright and set it on its way the command pod susvived and all the science kerbals in the pods all susvived, over all it was a fail, at least I could use the rover to explore, i found a monolith I had a kerbal land on it and it crashed my computer, I lost where I found it and I checked it out it was a never before seen monolith so I am pissed but still glad, I a soon going to launch another rocket to collect Jed and the others stuck there. -
My goal was to get 10 kerbal to the moon, return 2 of them home and deploy a rover First picture shows the lander

I did a it of testing and set the big orange tank to density 10000 and drastically increased the mass, no mater what I did i could not levae the ground even with 67 mainsails. -

I managed to get 40 kerbal a to the moon, they could not return, I deployed 2 probes and I did have a command module. How menny points did i. Get -
I made a solar plane and had it slowly fly up to orbit, and it sugsessfuly landed at kerban, It was 100 parts, most of them where solar panels, it used 2 iron engines and had 1400 exon gas.
