I will say this again: if the chip removed ALL freewill Crosshair would NEVER have gone away from the Empire. He would have retained FULL 100% loyalty PERIOD. He was cranked up to 11 yet eventually he abandoned his “program.” That alone PROVES that the clones ACTIVELY CHOSE to KILL NON JEDI YOUNGLINGS. A youngling is NOT a jedi. A Padawan is NOT a Jedi.
