Sorry for your loss of your mother. No one in particular has stated its such a risk, it is more of my experience with my mother and her particular health concerns that give me concern. But each person has a unique biology and will react uniquely. No one regardless of experience or education/training can say 100% for sure what will happen and can only speculate. Its that uncertainty of how her mind and biology will ultimately react that concerns me. 032503132021

I am frankly not sure where to put this. Seeing as I made mention of it in this thread, I figure I will leave my update here as well. Mods, if either my update or its initial comment from a few days ago or both need to be moved elsewhere feel free to plunk them down where they should be. My clarity of thought is as fog right now. That said, here is my update: Earlier today my role as primary care giver to my mother came to an unceremonious end. Right now as I type this she is now living in an assisted living facility in their memory care area. I am more than a little scared for her. Suffice it to say her short term memory has issues and I fear she will awaken during the night and be completely unaware of where she is and stress herself into a stroke or heart attack. I hope I am wrong, but fear I am all too right. I know this subject matter is not exactly light but, I have been apart of this community since 2013 and feel some bit of catharses sharing this bit of my private world with you all. Please wish my mother and myself well as we both adjust to this new situation. I dont know if its interesting but i know it isnt funny. My role as a caregiver for my mother is winding down to an end in the next 2 weeks she will be moving out from where we live into an assisted living facility. I have had the fortune to be able to live with her my whole life and care for her directly for the last few years. I urge everyone to cherish even the smallest things if you have the fortune to have your parents in your lives still. what funny/interesting thing happened to me? Well, I was playing Elite Dangerous and I was in the system called: SPF-LF 1 chasing a bounty that was running from me and I tripped over a fleet carrier. What was special about this particular fleet carrier that has me posting about it here? Glad you asked! That is how it first appeared to me. I decided to get closer and abandon my chase. This is what that same fleet carrier looks like: And just for fun this is what my ship looks like. It is an Anaconda named Stellar Stiletto. Props to you if you know where my ships name comes from! Sadly I cannot find a picture of it. They were little green rectangles directly under our avatars. The higher your reputation the more of them you had. They ranged from a darker green like the shade of grass at ksp to a lighter green after a while. Next time i am at my pc i will see if i can search fu my way into a picture. 233203042021
